Hello from two very delighted customers. We picked up our car and our dealer Tim spent over an hour with us going through all the ins and outs of the car. Tim has been really helpful from the start of the process to the end. We knew we had to wait a while for the spec we wanted and we’re kept informed of the delivery. We attended Threeways services today to look at i10 Hyundai used cars. The customer service is really non existent. The lady in the front did not even acknowledge our presance. She was browsing on her computer. Only one other person with other clients. No one to show us around. We loitered for a while hoping someone will notice us. We left disappointed and completely ignored. You lost a customer today. You could do so much better.
