After numerous returns to the garage withe same faults we were told we would be getting a new part and the car was to be repaired. I phoned the day before it was booked in to make sure the part was there and was informed it wasn`t. This was near to close of business so they obviously were not going to tell me and I would have turned up the following day, wasting my time and petrol in so doing. They don`t seem to care about the impact this is having on my disabled daughter`s ability to get out and live her life. Definitely would not recommend

I understand why you are upset that you weren’t told sooner, and the impact this has had on your daughter’s ability to get out. This is not the service we aim to deliver, sorry. Although we are beholden to the car manufacturer with open cases and parts supply, the lack of communication is inexcusable, so please accept my personal sincerest apologies for this Our service centre is dealing with this directly, and will continue working with you to resolve the issue. Having already had an Hyundai, we were looking at the Ionic 6 for some time. The dealerships I had been to in the Northwest didn't exactly impress me. We are down the Abergele area regular so we thought we would look in at the Threeways dealership. our first visit was very pleasant, the sales people all very accommodating. Our second visit was when we met Mr Adrian Gunther, what a wonderful meeting it was. following a test drive we duly ordered the car and Mr Gunther kept us informed every step of the way to final delivery. We attended Threeways services today to look at i10 Hyundai used cars. The customer service is really non existent. The lady in the front did not even acknowledge our presance. She was browsing on her computer. Only one other person with other clients. No one to show us around. We loitered for a while hoping someone will notice us. We left disappointed and completely ignored. You lost a customer today. You could do so much better.
