We bought a Renault Trafic through Time Motors. We love going camping as a family so the van seemed perfect for getting the whole family including the dogs in. We did unfortunately have some serious issues and the van needs some major TLC very early on. Time Motors however have been excellent right the way through at responding to the issues, they have allowed us to get the issues resolved at our preferred garage local to us, they have requested quotes, approved the payments and been very accommodating right the way through. Can't fault the team, sometimes issue occur and the way they are dealt with makes all the difference.

The van is bloody excellent to say the least, the only issue is that we lost the front bumper in the floods last week, but it lasted 2 weeks and everything else is all fine and dandy! The van is running surprisingly well after the awful floods we had, now they have cleared we are back on the roads! I remember Ryan's name so to me that tells me he was more than helpful, I would of forgotten his name other wise haha. If there is one thing I can do then I can absolutely 1000% recommend Time Motors to you!

Slow progress on my van conversion, I purchased a Peugeot Expert to get me too and from work but also to convert into a camper for touring the UK. The van has been running really well since the initial teething problems have been sorted. We had a check engine light which was fixed under the warranty, I was without my van for a short while but the issue was resolved to a high standard. Everything seems to be good since and overall, it's been a very positive experience. Zed and Ryan both top blokes.

Really happy with my new works van, I am a plumber by trade and needed a works van for getting my tools too and from site. I didn't need anything to big so the Citroen Berlingo seemed perfect for me. Ryan was my main man however, I have no complaints as everyone I met or spoke with was great. Keep up the good work Ryan and the Time Motors team.

I'm quite happy with everything start to finish, dealing with Ryan and the team at Time Motors, we have a small issue with the suspension less than a week after we got the van, I couldn't help but think here we go! My worries were put at ease after calling and speaking to Ryan, he advised me to take the van to my local garage and I would be refunded.. To my surprise, the payment was in my bank very promptly which was amazing. The van has been absolutely perfect since and I am incredibly happy.

I bought ourselves a Transit because the dog gets stressed in the back of the BMW, I have already carpeted the floor, added windows to the back door, insulated it and the dog seems so much more at peace the back of the van. The team at the dealership, Zed especially, were all really friendly, professional and I can't fault them at all. Can't wait to get it finished and get up to our caravan.
