I’ve managed to put a good few miles on the VW Caddy, and it’s been great so far. Mike at the dealership was spot on.I can't complain about the purchasing process. However, the aftersales team has been a bit difficult to get in contact with.

I was really impressed by how quickly they resolved a couple of issues I had. They got the car into the garage straight away, unlike most garages. The aftersales service and the experience on the day of purchase were both brilliant. I have no complaints at all.

This was my first time at the dealership. They took me for a test drive, completed an MOT so I have a full 12 months, and resolved the advisories. Based on that, I would give it a solid 4 stars.
