Couldn’t be happier with the service at Time Motors Ltd. Zed was really welcoming and didn’t put any pressure on me to buy a van, which allowed me to have a good look around the showroom but as soon as I was ready to ask for some more information Zed was readily available to help answer all my questions. A fantastic experience all round.

Very smooth service and process, amazing customer service from the whole team to be honest with you. I wasn't sure what would be the best van for me but after speaking to the team, they showed me a couple of options that would be fit for purpose, I was offered a test drive on any van I wanted and they didn't try to limit the amount or time taken. I settled for the Citroen Dispatch and it has proven to be a fantastic fit, it drives like a dream and no coughing or spluttering on start up. Perfect van and very impressed with the quality of service received.

So far so good with my Ford Transit. Unfortunately, I'm back at work now so I haven't driven it as much as I would of wanted to but when I did drive it more frequently I was really enjoying it. Zed couldn't of done enough for me from start to finish, so I'm happy and highly recommend Time Motors in Nottingham.

It was very nice to visit this dealership.... everything was made so easy for me. I have been in some stressful situations before when buying a vehicle but this was a breeze, so easy and simple! I sort of already knew what van I wanted so I think this made it a little bit easier for me and the dealership... but I can't take anything away from the service, it was truly excellent. No nonsense sale from Time Motors, very refreshing to come across in the dealership world. I knew the exact van that I wanted so once I arrived, I just wanted to get all of the paperwork pushed through and the team were happy to do this. They worked at my pace and everything went smoothly, I took the van away and it had been sign written and on the road within a couple of days of purchasing!

This is the first time I have ever visited this dealership and I'm nothing short of impressed with the outcome of my experience. The customer service from all of the team was amazing and they really make you feel very welcome. My Renault itself has been great and I'm really enjoying driving it. I'm just trying to get use to a manual again, as I've always driven automatics so as soon as I'm fully clued up again I'll be very happy, me and my poor gears.

I haven't used my van much since purchasing it as I have a couple of other vans that are out on the road at the moment, so the ford transit is a back up really. When I have used the van it runs great and I'm happy with it, it'll come in handy over Christmas.

I don’t have a bad word to say about my experience as the service was quick and the van was beautifully presented. I can't remember who was looking after me but they managed to get everything sorted out on the same day.

Unfortunately the van I originally wanted was marked as sold on the website but I did notice that they had a large stock of vans. I needed a van because I go mountain biking and I needed a large space to put my bikes, as well as enough room to get changed. I went for the Renault Trafic in the end as it was a very well kept van. The team made everything very easy and give me a good rate on my car that I part exchanged in. They offered me a drink and talked me through everything, they treated me very well.
