I travelled down from near Halifax to Tring to see the car that was advertised on Autotrader. Even Tim's ad was better than most on there as he took such clear and excellent shots of the car, tyres/tread and paperwork. I had a shortlist of 3 cars and Tim's was also the best price and worth the trip down. Part of my research was also talking to dealers to get a sense of whether they were trustworthy and I experienced Tim's as clear, genuine, efficient and without any patter and soft soaping, and checking his reviews he has superb ones on here and other places and that helps me build trust in a dealer too. Tim met me at the station which was also really helpful. I did buy the car, a 2013 1.4 Jazz and I love it, and my garage gave it a full check over and confirmed I have chosen well, and I expect to get at least 10 years out of it! Thank you Tim Michele B

The true test of service and customer satisfaction is not when everything goes right - but when something goes wrong. What response will you get and how will your issue be dealt with? My husband and I found Tim Peacock to be pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. We were able to view the car outside normal working hours which was a very helpful, The car was as advertised, clean inside and out and just what we were looking for. Tim agreed to hold the car for us with a deposit, paying off the balance at the end of the month. Tim made the whole process of suddenly finding ourselves having to find a new car easy and stress free. Unfortunately, within days we experienced a problem with the car. We texted Tim and he was on the phone to us within 10 minutes, shocked to hear there was a problem, very apologetic and proactive in making sure the issue was resolved quickly. Fortunately, his cars come with 3 months warranty as standard. Tim had the necessary parts replaced within days, kept the car for few days to make sure the issue had been resolved, and then arranged to get the car back to us. We understand it was just a case of Murphy's Law and no-one being able to anticipate when something is going to go wrong on a second hand car (2011). What really impressed us was that when it did - Tim sorted it out with no fuss or quibbling. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and cannot recommend Tim highly enough. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend Timotor Car Sales to family and friends. I purchased a car for my daughter from Tim at Timotor. The car was as described and Tim was genuine and extremely helpful. On arrival at Timotor Aylesbury the premises were small but exceptionally well presented. The first vehicle I saw was also presented to an exceptional standard. This gave me confidence the car I was there to see would be just as good, and as described. I was not disappointed. The description within the advert described every detail perfectly, The car was gleaming inside and out. A brilliantly presented used car. Tim the business owner is very personable and allowed me time to inspect the car fully and answer any questions I posed. At no point did I feel pressured, just reassured the car I was there to view was genuine and Timotor could be trusted. The test drive was perfect. I was given as long as I needed to test the car and ensure I was happy. Throughout the drive Tim answered all questions and impressed me with his knowledge. I can honestly recommend Tim and Timotor Aylesbury as a dealer to trust.

Dirty broken and misdescribed. Very rude seller that was more interested in making a profit over providing decent vehicles. Pictures of the pitch look professional but after arriving it's a run down dump. please check out Google street view before traveling to Timotor Car Sales and save yourself the journey!

Hello I just wanted to respond to this review that I have just found a year on as I was unaware of the existence of this website and am a bit puzzled why this website says it runs in conjunction with Autotrader which is the main player in advertising cars for sale and also has a comprehensive review system. I've operated from New Street, Aylesbury for 17 years and although it is not as posh as a main dealer I pride myself on presenting my cars properly and as best as they can be. I also feel as though I would not be still running a successful business after 17 years if I was selling broken cars or if I was extremely rude to customers that this review suggests. Maybe a more balanced twenty three 5 Star reviews on Autotrader would give a clearer indication for people to get a more honest view of myself and my business. Thank you.
