sold my car, came to collect, done a dirty number 2 in my house. Didn't wash his hands and my wife told me he afterwards that he left the toliet in a right stink. He is a absolute vile man. No one he was in court recently on deception charges which he got let off. I will never deal or speak to this man again. Regardless of money, he is still a peasant car dealer.

Contacted several high end car sales companies to sell my Porsche. Had a good feeling about Tom and he achieved an amazing 3 day result - collect, sell, money in my bank. Realistic approach, everyone happy and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend and would be my first choice selling cars in the future.

I Wanted to take my son to see some of the cars, he is 15 and car mad bless. He is working hard at school to get the grades he needs to go into the motor industry be it mechanics or sales but when I called to see if it was ok to take him and get a few pictures they weren’t interested at all and said it’s not something they do. It’s a shame cos all the other high end dealerships like Ferrari, Porsche etc were absolutely brilliant and very accommodating with advice and info for my son.

Appointment booked with Tom. Turned up, gates open and no one to be seen. Walked round for at least 10 mins then was greeted by Tom the Valeter, nice guy. Was told Carl had gone out wining and dining a client and Tom was in London. How very rude!!! A call beforehand out of courtesy would be nice but obviously these people are too important to inform would be clients they are unable to attend their booked appointments. Definitely a NO from me!!

Recently purchased a new Range Rover Autobiography from Tom Hartley Motors. Initial contact was good whilst trying to sell me the vehicle but once the purchase was agreed there was a definite downhill spiral. Never have I experienced such bad customer service! Phone calls and emails not returned during the purchase process, after sales service non existent! Not helpful at all just told to contact main Land Rover dealer. Not the service you expect when you are spending £150K on a car!
