Recently purchased a new Range Rover Autobiography from Tom Hartley Motors. Initial contact was good whilst trying to sell me the vehicle but once the purchase was agreed there was a definite downhill spiral. Never have I experienced such bad customer service! Phone calls and emails not returned during the purchase process, after sales service non existent! Not helpful at all just told to contact main Land Rover dealer. Not the service you expect when you are spending £150K on a car!

I have just taken delivery of my Porsche 911 from Tom I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team I have purchased many cars over the years and this was definitely one of my better experiences thank you Tom.

Stay clear from this place they clock the mileage back!! Tom and his son are the rudest people you will ever meet all they want is your money. They will sell you a car on 10k mileage that's actually done 45k!

I made a trip of 500 miles to Tom Hartley showroom to see a car in which I was interested in . We agreed on the price, payment and delivery terms for a Ferrari supercar. Everything is confirmed by WhatsApp. A checkout by the Ferrari dealer was also scheduled for the next Wednesday. Phoning about the results I was informed that the car has been sold to someone else. No comment about this way of respecting customers

Hi Tom & Carl and all the team at Tom Hartley Cars I have read some of this awful feedback that some people have left do they not understand that some people sometimes have bad days no I guess they don’t!!!! Well I must say I filled out the online form dead simple then got a call back later that day by one of the team and was informed I could view the car on a Sunday come on who needs this on a day that we need time with our families but no issue was greeted by Tom him self he was a pleasure to meet He treated us with impeccable manners as I am also company owner and see a spade as a spade. Gave myself my wife and family a full view of all their stock I must say what a lovely man no presser at all viewed the car he gave me the keys and off we went for our test drive on our own Fast forward I had a private plate to put on the car a tracker to be fitted and so on Rob just took it in his stride and clicked on with it all sorted Day of collection was called 30mins before my due collection time to make sure I was on track upon arrival was greeted by Rob offered the simple but nice coffee juice or water very nice touch after a short time Carl was free as he had an other happy customer with him what a pleasant person full of conversation about all things in life I am so glad I have purchased my car from this family they are a credit to the motor world Thanks GEL1T

He is the rudest man you can ever come across. He was advertising a porsche in June 2021 check it out on Carl Hartley Instagram at 1250 miles but how is this possible when the car had done 6500 miles in 2019 showing on an experian hpi check and on the mot database. Reg number (WG18DUA) Clearly this has been clocked so if I was you be very careful!!

I read the negative reviews and went to view a Ferrari 458 with an open mind, but prepared for the worst.. I did wonder if I had come to the same place the reviews were about. The Ferrari I went to buy was as described and beautiful, with a couple of tiny issues that were dealt with by the time it was delivered. Sadly there was a tiny dent when it was delivered but Tom called me from a weekend away to assure me it would be sorted and it has been removed perfectly all done at my home, no cost no hassle. My experience was a pleasure and Tom and his Team really could not have treated me better or supplied a better car.

Tom Hartley is the best businessman I have ever dealt with. Sold 2 cars with Tom including a Ferrari F30 spyder recently and he was at hour house within an hour of calling him. Told me what he would pay for the car and the deal was done within days. A man of his word on both occasions and would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a supercar

Bought a car which in Tom Hartleys words was immaculate and wanted for nothing! He gave misinformation about where the car was serviced and warranty etc and we literally had to battle to get anything he promised once he had our deposit, he tried going back on things we’d agreed! 2 months after we had the car it required £8000 worth of work which we have proof was required previous to us buying it! Speaks to you like an idiot or just refuses to answer you if you have any issues... so please please do not buy a car from him unless you’re getting it checked out thoroughly by a main dealer beforehand! Absolute crook! No standards, morals or integrity!
