The vehicle I purchased from Tong Park Cars had been "coined" all down the near side and expertly covered up by them using a magic paint pen,it cost me £250 to have sprayed and polished out,they refused to compensate me despite giving them the paperwork,Shaun didn't even have decency to return my phone call.

I'm Very sorry to hear you were not happy with the paint work on your new car. You and your wife fully checked the car over before leaving the showroom and left very happy. It's very hard to rectify a paint problem when I was notified 5 weeks after you had taken delivery of your new car and you had already had the paint repaired. With the greatest of respects if you had reported the problem to Tong Park Cars before you had the paint work repaired I would of been happy to rectify the problem had I been given a chance.
