I have had a very positive experience with Top Gear Car Sales! I bought a BMW from them back in February and I haven't had any issues with it up to now. When I received it, it was lovely and clean and in great condition and the dealers talked me through everything and were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I bought a Nissan Juke from Top Gear Car Sales in June. I am super happy with the car, it was cleaned really well and in lovely condition. The price was a little high but I think its worth it. I travelled from Eastbourne to Gillingham to test drive a vehicle, having phoned ahead to check that this would be ok. When I got there, I was told that they didn't have enough staff available to get it out of the showroom. Having been told by e-mail that they would offer me between £2500 and £3000 trade in on my car, they only offered £2000 when I got there. They even tried to persuade me that the parcel shelf on the car I was interested in buying wasn't missing - Ford don't fit them to Fiestas except as an extra. I'm not sure I would believe anything they say.
I purchased a BMW from top gear car sales in September and found them to be very professional, they were incredibly easy to work with, there was no hassle or hard sell and the car was in great condition when I picked it up. When I'm looking for my next car I would definitely give them another visit.

The customer service was faultless, they came out to the train station to pick me up and drive me to the forecourt, they were very forthcoming with the details of the car and they had all the paperwork organised and ready to sign, they are well worth a recommendation.

I found my car on their website and gave them a call to get some more info, when I went to view it on their forecourt it was exactly as they had described to me over the phone, I can definitely trust the man after my experience which is a rare thing when it comes to used car dealerships. I'd easily recommend Top Gear Car Sales, they were all just nice friendly guys, I took the car for a long test drive to get a nice feel for it and when I decided to buy it they didn't push any extras on me. Apart from one of the back doors not working with the central locking everything else with the car seems to be working great.
