I bought a Mitsubishi Lancer which I loved and although it had a problem he was happy to transfer me money rather than me wasting time going to him to have it fixed.
I bought a Jeep from Touchwood Motors in September. The vehicle was very nice and clean and in good condition. The dealership were helpful and friendly and the car was a really good price. I would happily recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Mistubishi Lancer back in August. The dealer was not very helpful at all and the there was a lot of false information on the advert. The car had done 10,000 more miles than the advert said and one of the wing mirrors was broken. It took a lot of chasing to get my deposit back. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Very good experience from start to finish, the dealers were very helpful and friendly and I have had no issues at all. I bought a Vauxhall Zafira in July and it runs really well and is very good value for money. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Not very happy. The dealers were not very helpful and the cars steering wheel rattles when ever the car goes faster than 70mph. I cannot go back to the dealership as its too far away. I would not recommend.

Touchwood Motors in Birmingham in my opinion are a very dodgy dealership. They sold me very bad car which I was told mechanically sound, no oil leaks. no problems. The very next day the engine management light comes on which would tell me that has been taken off using a machine since bought it. I just drove it literally down the road to my house. So gave it to my mechanic to service and check he said that the 02 sensor or lambar sensor has gone it will cost £150 to replace and there is an major oil leak, someone has drilled into the oil stump and its loose so when I spoke to owners which one of whom is Haroon he started to make excuses and said I will not receive any money back so in short BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE don't believe a single word there tell you best yet to save your self the headache don't purchase a car from them.
I was very happy with Touchwood Motors they were really really nice guys, they were so helpful all the way till the end. They did everything you could want, they cleaned the car, put it through an MOT, serviced it, taxed it, the lot. It was a really enjoyable experience.
