Brought a vehicle from townfield car sales within 3 days it had broken down got in touch with the dealer only for them to send a second hand part out to me to arrange the part to be fitted myself git the part fitted only to have the vehicle working for 4 days it then was 8 weeks before they accepted the vehicle back I found the whole experience with townfield very poor

We have just bought an Audi TT through 'Townfield' all the staff were very helpful and the car was as described in the internet, when we viewed and took a Test Drive, on Saturday. Were offered a great price for Part X and did the deal. The Car required to be MOT'd so went to 'pick it up' on Tuesday, all done & dusted Staff assisted to change over Personalised Plates, Tax and Docs to Swansea. Drove away happy ....... Having found the Audi on the internet I was able to arrange a visit the following weekend to view the car. It was just as discribed and was able to agree a price for my old car in part exchange.
