Very satisfied on the whole & will definitely return

This is the 2nd car I've bought here because they always do a great job. Everything's straightforward and the staff always try their best to be as helpful as they can. They get any niggles sorted as soon as they're reported & you can't put a price on that complete peace of mind.

To be completely honest I'm probably a car dealer's nightmare as I'm a bit of a car nut and always looking for something very specific. I have to say I'm really impressed with Nathaniel at the Trade Centre in Wales. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I'm not easily impressed. He answered my many questions and was actually very engaging. I can't recall the name of his manager but he was also super accommodating. I unearthed an issue with the gearbox mid test drive, so he came out with me and assisted in both the diagnosis and repair. The car was perfect upon collection and I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received, so leaving this review is my way of saying a very big thank you.

I'd had my Peugeot 3008 for a couple of weeks before I noticed something wasn't quite right, so I contacted TTCW and they booked me in to return the car for inspection. They ended up having it for a couple of weeks but that was no bother as they gave me a courtesy car to run around in. I'm back on the road now and the car's been perfect ever since. The young man I dealt with was great and I've got no complaints at all. I've only awarded them 4 and 3/4 stars because nothing ever perfect, but they come close I'll tell you that, even by my standards.

I've bought about 8 or more cars from the trade centre and I'd never shop anywhere else. If I've ever had any small issues they've got them sorted for me straight away which you can't fault. My latest car's a Nissan Juke and whilst I love the look of it, it's taking some getting used to. I've gone from a 2 litre turbo to a 1.6 so I'm definitely not as nippy as I used to be, although that's probably a good thing haha! I wanted to come and leave a review as I always speak as I find. Never had any hassle here. The staff are always proactive and bend over backwards to help. Big thanks to Richard and I'd award these guys 5/5 every time.

Having bought my last few cars from here, I'm hoping I have better luck with this Citroen C3 as I've managed to write the last two off haha - whoops! Fingers crossed I won't be back anytime soon, but I wanted to show my appreciation to the team at the Trade Centre for always exceeding my expectations.

We collected a VW Tiguan from TTCW a couple of weeks ago & the kids absolutely love it - I'm sure it's got something do with the trays in the back which are ideal for their iPads. We'd not visited the dealership before but as they've got hundreds of cars in stock at really competitive prices, we decided to make the trip over. Our childcare let us down at the last minute which is typical, so we had the kids in tow which was less than ideal but the chaps were all brilliant. They listened to what we wanted & pointed us in the right direction of cars that matched our criteria, leaving us to browse in peace. Anytime we wanted to look at something, they pulled it round for us so we could get the kids in etc which was a massive help. We decided on the Tiguan but needed to get the kids fed before finalising paperwork, so they put the car on hold for us whilst we went and grabbed food nearby. Everything was ready & waiting for us when we returned and we drove away with the new car in no time at all. Considering it could've been the day from hell, their service made everything as easy as it could've been and we're really thankful for their patience and understanding.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the team at TTCW for their assistance last week when buying my Citroen C3. I'm not sure if you'll remember us as you probably see so many customers every day, but my step-dad's got mobility issues. He's asked me to give you a special mention because you went the extra mile in bringing the car across to him, which given his condition, he appreciated more than you could know. Me & the wife have bought four or five vehicles from the Trade Centre Wales before now. We've never had a bad car so I take my hat off to them. I can't fault them! They've got a huge amount of cars in stock and I've never felt pressured when I'm having a look around. There's nothing worse than having someone hassle you every 5 minutes., but they give you time to have a browse in peace without mithering. We've just collected a Peugeot 2008. I've driven about 80 miles in it and absolutely love it. We’re constantly singing their praises to friends and family, so I promised I’d finally leave a review online and here it is!
