Can I start by adding this is possibly the most false review I have ever read in my life, it's unfortunate other people don't see the whole situation and can only read what your putting. Let's start from the beginning, you contacted us regarding the car, we advised the car retailed at around £5000 it was listed at £2490 due to the fact it had a random misfire, which you were advised before you travelled to us. We also advised it was priced to clear as we hadn't really looked at the vehicle much since having it as didn't have the time and was selling it as Spairs or repairs. You arrived to see the vehicle late on, and even test drove the vehicle, we had advised what it could be but could not guarantee what the problem was exactly. You decided to buy the vehicle as you stated you had traded a few cars yourself and could repair it yourself. I myself received a call from you a few weeks after you purchased the vehicle stating you were not happy as you had come to the findings it was going to cost you more than you had first expected to repair. I advised I would need to check how the vehicle was sold and what was wrote on the invoice at point of sale as one of my employees had done this with you, the invoice stated sold as Spairs or repairs, sold with misfire - please note you the customer, signed this document twice. Which then legally binds you to its terms. When I returned from getting the invoice you had hung up the phone, I tried on several occasions to ring you back but there was no answer, I left you a voicemail personally however to date have had no reply! Unfortunately you have now turned to social media and this review site to try and make my company look bad, which people can make there own minds up regarding however find it unfair to do so without contacting me in anyway. I would suggest in future that you research a vehicle you are buying a little more and if you are in fact not a mechanic then get a qualified mechanics advise before purchasing a vehicle sold as Spairs or repairs. Wow! This is laughable. I'll let the reviews speak for themselves! You said it was a coil pack? Did you not? I don't care of it was priced to sell. What was a piece of black tape doing behind the engine light? I can assure you that that is fraud and I would never have purchased the car if I spotted a flashing engine light. Where's the paperwork anyway? Still don't have any of it that you promised to send within two weeks, it's knocking on nearly 2 months? And its also quite convenient that you direct people to Facebook where you have a 4.9 out of 5 but everywhere else, where it actually matters, you have 1, and that's because one can't give less. I advice anyone BEWARE!

Hi Lee If you could confirm when you have been down as i have been on site all day and i would not allow any of my staff members to be aggressive in any way what so ever - and we do have a selection of vehicles from £500-1000 so i am unsure where you have been, without contact i could only consider this a false and inaccurate review.

The comments u have made are completely ridiculous. They do provide 12 months MOT as they state in their ads! I know this for a fact .... as we actually BOUGHT a car from trade centre warrington and were Sat at the garage whilst the car was being tested and the certificate was put into hand. The staff are not aggressive in any way complete and utter rubbish! They are polite and very helpful and go the extra mile. My car was missing a door handle trim for example a trivial thing u will agree but I mention it to them and they went online and found me a replacement set ordered and paid for them plus sent them straight to my address. Not something many dealers would bother with but as I said great customer service

Yet again another review from someone who has never dealt with my company, unfortunately we do not collect vehicles and have a high turnover of vehicles. I do not see the reason for a bad review just because the vehicle you were after had sold? Kind Regards Dominic

Just to update - had no contact from this customer so can only deem this to be a fake review - also if you read the review carefully, he states he was threatened if he came down to the dealership however his review states he was already at the dealership.

I bought a car from them and they provide fantastic customer service! They were extremely helpful finding us the car we wanted. Keep seeing negative posts and think these people are trolls as I dealt with them 1st hand and find the comments unbelievable!

Thanks for your feedback, however it would seem your review is extremely inaccurate and unfair. yes you brought the vehicle back to us after 24 hours as you said there was a fault with the car. We tested the car for two days even driving the vehicle ourselves and found no faults whatsoever with the vehicle. You were unhappy with this so a refund was issued. The cheque given to you was cancelled at first due to you withholding documents from us as previously informed. You are correct in saying when you came back down to us we were selling the vehicle to another customer, and yes for a higher price, this is because we had heavily discounted it for you as we felt for the situation you were in previously. Can i please state, we did sell the vehicle on and the customer has been extremely happy with it and to date we have had no reports of any faults. Lastly, can i please add, we do not under any circumstance owe you £1000, the figure we do owe you is £100 in which we have tried on several occasions to contact you over. Please feel free to come down to the dealership so we can refund you what is owed. If no contact is made i will be unable to reimburse you. Kind Regards

Apologies for the wrong information it was £100 you owed me not £1000 like first stated anyone can make a typing error it's just a shame we had to get the police involved not the sherif as you stated. I wish I could say it was a pleasure doing business with you but I can't . This is my part of the bargain issued by the police I do hope you keep yours by not cancelling the check many thanks.

Thankyou for correcting your post, I would like to add you have missed off your post the police were involved as you had threatened to burn all our cars out and had threatened physical violence against our staff members. We are glad you are now satisfied the matter is resolved.
