Went here to buy my sons first car and from start to finish the customer service was wonderful, offered refreshments and keys to any cars, Found a beautiful red alpha romeo mito asked to go on a test drive and it drove perfectly checked service book and looked good so decided to get the car delivered the next day could not be happier !! Purchased a car yesterday. Spare remote key fob didn’t work. Sorry they have no spare batteries they say. Drove away from the garage and The Tyre pressure sensor was showing low on 2 tyres, so called at the petrol station. Where we couldn’t remove the dust caps (metal ones had rusted on). We returned to the garage to tell them. The guy I think was the owner didn’t seem interested and fetched someone else who returned with a set of pliers. He couldn’t get them off either. So he gave me vague directions to a tyre repair shop. I found a tyre repair repair place I assumed was the correct place. He kindly changed the valves on 3 of the tyres. I then called Trinity back expecting them to cover the bill. Only £30. He refused to pay saying I’d gone to the wrong place. At this point I’d had enough and decided to just cut my losses and do the hour trip home. I’d expect them to do a check of the vehicle prior to pick up and confirm the car is safe to drive.. One of the tyres had only 10psi of pressure. Potentially dangerous. Very poor customer service.
