Bought car Kia Picanto Feb 2025, had some issues with windscreen water bottle leaking, windscreen water jet blocked, problem with back window motor catch. Emailed them, texted them ,phoned them they just kept asking for reg number which they obviously all ready had, another way of fobbing us off, when we had already given it to them. Car is still in warranty Disappointed because the people seemed very nice and friendly, the problems were not big ones, The car was supposed to have had a service but when we took it to our garage to have all the problems fixed and have a service they said the oil was black and the filter had not been changed , very disappointed.
