2 days ago Generally a good experience but a couple of things to be mindful of. Staff are very good, friendly and courteous. The process of buying the car was smooth and painless. The car itself is, for the most part, very good but TLR ask top money for their cars. Had some interiors bits done to bring the car up to a standard for the money they were asking. Two points I should mention - if you are not viewing in person, be sure to ask about all features listed in the ad. Mine said cold weather pack which the car didn't have for example. Also, wheels advertised as having been 'refurbished'. Not sure I would say refurbished, painted at best - cheaply and badly, too. They are basically just blown over - over everything including the wheel weights and glue residue from old weights, If you have to have the wheels balanced like I've had too because they were all out - yep, the paint is off! Had to take mine back with a brakes issue and not sure I'm convinced with the response given that all heavy 3ltr cars are like this, if I'm honest - but it is what it is. By and large ok but be careful to check everything - thoroughly.

Purchased my Audi A4 from Twelve London Road on line whilst in quarantine after returning from 2 years in the USA. I usually purchase from large main dealerships but the car came up when searching Auto Trader and looked a very good price. I was apprehensive buying on line and parting with over £14k without seeing the vehicle or knowing the dealers and them being over a 100 miles away. However, David was extremely helpful, providing me with a live video where I could ask questions and request he zoom into anything I was concerned with. Payment was straightforward and the free delivery lockdown compliant. The driver left everything in the car and allowed me to have a good look to ensure I was satisfied whilst maintaining the required distancing. Obviously with the current lockdown I have not been able to drive significant mileage but I am extremely happy with the service provided and with the vehicle. Which I consider to be excellent value for money. I would absolutely recommend buying from Twelve London Road.

Purchased a lovely car from Twelve London Road, but the customer service was very poor and not interested, it felt like they were doing me a favour, after travelling two hours. Not somewhere I would recommend.

Bought a car from Twelve London Road online, vehicle was delivered and wasn’t as expected. Refusing a refund and telling me I should expect faults as it’s second hand! Now in the process of going to court as within my statutory rights but they are refusing a refund. Trading Standards have been informed. Avoid this place at all costs! Nice when taking your money but rubbish customer service getting it back

Arrived at Twelve London Road one Saturday morning and had a look for the car that I saw on autotrader,citreon ds4 . 5 to 10 minutes and still no one jumped out from behind the building or bushes to go for the hard sell..had a little walk about found a well presented chap called Gordon very helpful and very polite , within minutes the keys where there and left to look over the car for as long as I liked ,Gordon then let me and my friend go for an unhurried test drive.brought the car..went back to pick it up following Saturday, but had a call from Gordon that he had saw some minor scratches on the front offside and wasn’t happy letting the car go like this . So he had it sorted before I picked it up the pride at this car showroom is second to non.i would have no problem recommending to anyone if your looking for a car visit 12 London road. You want be hassled.
I part exchanged mini for eclass 220 cabriolet. David the salesman at Twelve London Road looked after from start to finish my wife is very happy pleasure to business thanks very much.

Excellent Service from Twelve London Road, we bought a Jaguar over internet, the experience from start to finish was second to none, the car was delivered some 230 mls to us on the North East Coast from Woking, A pleasure do have dealt with yourselves David and Gordon, also your other staff,Ps Eddy the driver who delivered the car to us a complete asset to Your Company. Having visited a number of car dealers I opted to buy from Twelve London because of the knowledge, flexibility and most significantly, the degree of trust I felt I had in David. The car I bought was made available for my viewing on the day of it's arrival and after 30mins in David's presence I felt I was talking with somebody, apart from being local, who was fair, upfront and cared passionately about standards of customer service and the quality of cars on sale, including mine. His team were anything from pushy on the day of the test drive (the next day) and were more than happy to let me take my time. The car was prepared comprehensively before collection and the degree of honesty and care continued with a minor repair being necessary which I probably would never have noticed. Time will tell if the car proves value for money but after a week's driving I'm very much inclined to think this will be the case.
