Purchased a lovely car from Twelve London Road, but the customer service was very poor and not interested, it felt like they were doing me a favour, after travelling two hours. Not somewhere I would recommend.

Arrived at Twelve London Road one Saturday morning and had a look for the car that I saw on autotrader,citreon ds4 . 5 to 10 minutes and still no one jumped out from behind the building or bushes to go for the hard sell..had a little walk about found a well presented chap called Gordon very helpful and very polite , within minutes the keys where there and left to look over the car for as long as I liked ,Gordon then let me and my friend go for an unhurried test drive.brought the car..went back to pick it up following Saturday, but had a call from Gordon that he had saw some minor scratches on the front offside and wasn’t happy letting the car go like this . So he had it sorted before I picked it up the pride at this car showroom is second to non.i would have no problem recommending to anyone if your looking for a car visit 12 London road. You want be hassled.

Having visited a number of car dealers I opted to buy from Twelve London because of the knowledge, flexibility and most significantly, the degree of trust I felt I had in David. The car I bought was made available for my viewing on the day of it's arrival and after 30mins in David's presence I felt I was talking with somebody, apart from being local, who was fair, upfront and cared passionately about standards of customer service and the quality of cars on sale, including mine. His team were anything from pushy on the day of the test drive (the next day) and were more than happy to let me take my time. The car was prepared comprehensively before collection and the degree of honesty and care continued with a minor repair being necessary which I probably would never have noticed. Time will tell if the car proves value for money but after a week's driving I'm very much inclined to think this will be the case.
