They were totally professional. The only downside is they sent the wrong user manual for the car and haven't sent the correct one yet. The car itself has been absolutely fine, a great purchase.

There's a couple of issues with the car currently but I will get in touch with TVB shortly about it. Mick was great - from the initial call to picking up the car it was lightening quick. I'd give them 5 stars.

I was very happy with the sales process. The car was in good condition and handed over effectively. It did take longer than expected before car got an MoT, but a month in and there have been no issues.

I recently purchased a Jaguar from Tyne. I dealt with Mick he was a very good salesman, great communication from start to finish. I thought the Jaguar was fairly priced and so were the other cars at the dealership. I would give a 5 stars all around.

Alan was brilliant, he was very helpful , any questions I had he answered and he made sure I was happy with the car. I didn't feel any pressure on the sale from him. I would 100% buy from him again.
