I Purchased a car from this garage, stated 1 previous owner when there was 2 and full-service history when there was not. Several issues including exhaust fumes coming into the car diagnosed by 3rd party so returned car. Refused to refund money as per my rights, forced to take legal action. Reluctantly accepted partial refund. Car now advertised for more than I paid so garage will make a profit from misfortune of dealing with them. Would never deal with this garage again.

THERE IS ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO A STOREY PLEASE READ RESPONSE BY OWNER IN GOOGLE Mr Ian parker You received a full refund as requested as a good will gesture the vehicle was returned in very bad abused condition and keys posted through letter box . We had the vehicle inspected by a independent technician which found no fault with exhaust fumes or other mechanical issues. You where very abusive to staff with demands . Ed our manager has been in our employment for 15 years with outstanding reviews So feel that you are being very wrong in your wordings

All ways 2 sides to a storey !! The vehicle had no issues whatsoever and customer tried to back the vehicle and lied . The reason for a £100 less refund was because the vehicle came back in terrible dirty condition and bits of trim missing . The vehicle went up in price which we sold straight away because they where very sought after vehicles and was in excellent condition so can not see why you have left me a bad review? Sounds like sour grapes to me because we sold it for more than you paid .

Always 2 sides to a storey you brought the vehicle back because you said you could smell something which turned out to be nothing ! You demanded a full refund but the vehicle came back very dirty inside and a scrape on the arch so we refunded less £150 which you agreed . Yes because these vehicles are so sought after we increased the price and sold to a very happy customer. What I don’t understand is why you have written a bad review there was clearly nothing wrong with the vehicle and it’s back fired on you with karma !

Really nice, chirpy dealer! Very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I bought a VW Tiguan and I have had no issues with it at all and its been almost 6 months! I would buy from here again!
