Worst experience of my life with a car dealership, Bob was a charming man who was very helpful to start with, reassuring the the car was great, answered all the questions I had, said the car was serviced and would be pdi checked prior to delivery but that's where all the good things end, the car was not good at all and the pdi had not been carried out properly and there was a list of faults with the vehcie (aircon, oil leak from sump plug ect) non arranged the vehicle to be collected and repaired, a week later I get it back, there's issues with the aircon again, the gearbox is not as it should be, the passenger sliding door doesn't unlock properly so now with Bob quite frankly getting rather rude, he agrees to pick it up once more for repair at 7.30pm one evening, collection time comes and goes and eventlly its collected at 9.30pm at night, goes to the garage again only for me to be told its been damaged and has nasty scratches down the side of the vehicle either caused by the collection driver or while in the care of the garage! Little to say I wasnt happy but was happy to accept the vehicle back once repaired. Well I was told by Bob that the vehicle isn't for me, he would be keeping it and minusing money for millage I had travelled in the car even though I was quite happy to have it back repaired, so now not only am I down the almost £400 he wanted to keep back from the refund but I'm also out of 2 weeks wages a months car tax and the cancellation fees from the insurance company which wasn't willing to transfer it to a different vehicle so I'm almost £2000 out of pocket for a vehicle that should have been checked properly before even leaving his dealership in the first place! If you want a trust worthy vehicle look elsewhere as all you will get is excuse after excuse!
