I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Uk Wheels limited Car Dealership, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare and still is. I felt compelled to share my experience to warn potential customers about their fraud, dishonesty, lack of integrity, and unprofessionalism. From the very beginning, it was evident that Uk wheels limited Car Dealership had no qualms about deceiving their customers. The only thing they care about their sells and commissions. The manager of the dealership aka Tahir was personally dealing with me and I am surprised he is still walking free after all the fraud he is committing; this guy thinks he is above everyone. Once I signed the contract and became a customer, the nightmare only escalated. It became incredibly difficult to reach anyone at the dealership. They conveniently ignored my attempts at communication, making it clear that they had no interest in addressing my concerns or providing any form of customer support. It is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a business to disregard its customers once they have made a purchase, specially some one that has so much evidence against them. They have mistreated me a customer and broke every rule in the book and I am going to highlight the main concerns below. 1. I wanted hire purchase agreement but just last minute Tahir changed my agreement WITHOUTH my knowledge to PCP, I found out about this later and he claimed I agreed to this when I showed him the messages we exchanged he started staying it is the same agreement there is no difference between them. 2. One of the most glaring instances of Tahir’s dishonesty was when they lied about the mileage of the car while drafting the lease contract. They claimed the millage of the car was 49999 although the car drove well over 49999. When I ask Tahir why the millage is different he said the finance company does not accept cars that drove over 50000. This deliberate act of fraud was not only unethical but also illegal. It is appalling that Tahir a manager of supposedly reputable establishment would resort to such deceitful tactics to make a sale. 3. One of their no1 selling point is that Uk wheels have 0% interest free finance but that a is a lie, when you receive your finance agreement you will realise interest rate of 6.25% some customers even have higher interest rate. Due to my religion believes and being against interest/Riba I have asked Tahir and his team onnumerous times about their 0% interest free and they told me again and again that their finance is interest free. 4. Tahir will reassure you that your deposit is secured and that you can get it back at any time you decide to return the car however Tahir denied my deposit which is over £3000 from the agreement I have and the messages we have exchanged that I am due to get my full deposit back Moreover, their internal communication and coordination are severely lacking. Every time I tried to inquire about the progress of my requests or the return of the leased car, I was passed from one employee to another, only to receive empty promises and no resolution. It is frustrating and infuriating to be treated with such disregard and incompetence it has been 11 month and there is still no solution. Hence why I have take legal action against them I have been chasing Tahir the manager directly for the past 7 months to return the car I leased since he was the one that created all this mess, but he has been consistently unresponsive and uncooperative. This level of unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable and speaks volumes about the poor management and lack of accountability within Dealership. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Uk wheels Car Dealership to steer clear. Their deceptive practices, lack of honesty, and unprofessionalism make for an incredibly negative experience. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential legal troubles by seeking out a more reputable and customer-centric dealership.
