My wife and I visited unbeatable car in Crawley and was really surprised how professional the staff came across, We spent a good part of 4 hours viewing great cars and never at any point in time did we feel pressurised into a purchase. Duncan and Ali were really helpful and Ali took us out on a test drive to help us decide if this was indeed the right purchased for us. My wife and I felt at ease whilst viewing great cars at very reasonable prices and we will definately be returning in the future for another great experience. Thank you to Rose who enthusiastically gave me the introduction to the car I was keen on, Rose kindly passed me on to Duncan who promptly took me on a test drive, with equal interest Duncan quickly navigated his way over the cockpit like dashboard and pointed out all the main features and benefits of the vehicle with such an interest and believability that I spontaneously purchased my new car. My partner and I purchased a Vehicle from this dealer and prior to purchasing the vehicle we were promised a full service history, a clean bill of health for the vehicle, a second to none warranty with a choice of courtesy cars in the event of any issues should we need a courtesy car at any point. We parted with a very large deposit on a car and drove it away just 4 weeks ago, but it transpired that the vehicle was not comprehensively serviced as there was an original dealer code error on the internal computer of the vehicle that could have caused the car to malfunction at anytime. The vehicle was returned to them 1 week ago now and to date we still don’t have our car that we purchased and we have never been supplied with a courtesy car. It’s been a circus of unfortunate events at our expense on top of suffering whiplash and concussion as well as a back injury. And when challenged, Unbeatable Cars Crawley had the nerve to bounce us from pillar to post, not resolving any issues or concerns, they have never provided to date a courtesy car fit for purpose and refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the danger their dealership had put us in, and then threatened us with legal action when we complained! Unfortunately we are still battling with them to reach a satisfactory resolution which could take a few more weeks. So we personally don’t trust Unbeatable Cars and feek completely lured in by the over inflated sales speal. In my opinion and from current personal experience Unbeatable Cars care only for themselves and not the care or safety of their customers. A thoroughly disappointing and upsetting experience from start to finish that is still hanging over our heads causing nothing but further expense, stress and anguish to date.

What a terrible experience we have had buying our car from Unbeatable Car Crawley. Car in substandard condition which had to be taken off the road immediately after discovery of faults. Should never had been sold in the condition. This was followed by a years manufactures warranty which was voided by the lack of official paperwork/copied paperwork supplied with the car. Sales staff not only try to selling you everything under the sun, they also promise things that simply aren't true. Approach with care and if possible, look elsewhere and pay the extra as you really would be getting a better car and service from a main dealer. Following a complaint with the company, nothing has been resolved and in fact received a very poorly put together response. Not worth the potential bother with this extremely poor company.

I bought a car from the Unbeatable Car Supermarket in January took my car to VW brighton and found out that they didn't use the right parts and also there might be some issue with mileage tampering. Never using them again! worst customer service had random staff members standing around like lost souls. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
