Choped in my skoda. Came away with top of the range Dacia. 4 years old but Imaculate condition. Over the moon with the service we recieved from Urban Autos.

Really good dealership, very professional and helpful. I bought a Mitsubishi back in May and I am really happy with it, it was a very good price and I have had no issues with it at all. I would recommend them for sure.

Our experience with this dealer was excellent. The price of the car was very fair. It had been serviced and prepared well and an issue with the air con had been dealt with extremely thoroughly before we even looked at the car. There was no "hard sell" and we were given lots of time to test drive and research. After we bought the car there was a very minor issue that was dealt with straight away without any question. We'd recommend Urban Autos without hesitation.
The dealer is a reliable and honest chap,we bought a vehicle from him a few months ago and a very smooth process it was.Unfortunately the car developed a fault around 3 months after purchasing,the warranty id not cover the problem but the dealer paid for it to be fixed at my local garage without any quibble. 5* rating from me
Very rude. Asked if i was 'good for the money' and if i wasnt going to buy the car he wasnt going to bother getting ot out for us to test drive it. Left without test driving the car as felt we were going to be pushed into a sale.

Complete nonsense,Martin politely asked you if you were in apsition to buy before he moved several cars in order for you to test drive,you declined,demurred and generally back pedalled saying you had some more to look at,to compound and confirm the fact that you had no intention of buying you ignored 3 return calls and were in fac 24 hours late for your appointment Hardly quality customer material
