Worse than a bazaar... you will think it may be ok... but suddenly it will all be problems and you wont have a way out. Used Car Sales Online just don't care. Actually they dont deserve to be trading.

We went there to check a car, Amir said the car is in perfect condition and it was not. we could clearly see the car has been hit and badly fixed. All they give is silly answers and silly promises. Very unfair sellers!!! Avoid, avoid,avoid!!!

Saw a 1 series with 90k on the clock... went to buy the car after speaking with Amir. The car had a major oil leak and head gasket was blown. When mentioned to Mr Majib(owner) he said the business is sold and the car is from 'used car sales online' and they are trading as'Vista Cars'. When discussing the car they got vet angry and unruly and told me to leave. They have changed business name 3 times in last year due to poor service and court cases.

Went to look at a rav4 and was told it's in really good condition. When I got there, Amir gave me the keys and told me to check it out. His boss mr Majib came out and said to me "don't break it" and so I laughed it off...the next I knew the car had a missing door handle and broken stereo to which I was accused of doing and then told it's my duty to pay for it to fix. I was appalled and asked to have cctv checked. They replied that no cctv is available and would not let me leave till I pay. I was bullied and the ordeal has shaken me up to which I went to the police straight after. Never buy or go here EVER. This is a cowboy setup.

BEWARE: We have just endured a very poor experience with used car sales online limited . this company is a slick used car operation where the sales rhetoric is hollow and the motors on sale are decidedly questionable. Recently bought a car from them and made the worst decision ever. The car has number of faults and they explicitly said they will bear no responsibility for any of it. We have had problems with the vehicle, which forced us to get it repaired starting a week from driving out the show room and it has recently failed the MOT which is going to cost us a substantial amount to get it back on the road. The after sales customer is disgraceful - incredibly rude and patronising and I can not believe they can continue on trading.

Avoid at all cost. I went to the dealership to buy a car advertised on auto trader. They told me the car was perfect condition. I turned up after 3 hours travelling and met Amir. He chucked me the keys and told me to get on with it. I asked to be treated professionally and the owner Mr Majid told me to get lost. Before this I saw the car on the forecourt and it was a unsafe car. DONT BUY OR WASTE TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. I have complained to trading standards.

I bought a car from this place on the 4/10/16 a black ford 2007 and within 3 days the car starting having faults I called they dealership they said it numerous of time call the warranty company they will sort it called the warranty company nothing happens the warranty company clearly stated that "the issue needs a full diagnosis and that's at my cost" called the dealership they argue you around it for an extra 3 days call citizen advise bureau and trading standards about the issue was perfectly in my right to get a refund but as the dealer didn't want to refund me I went there with the police and argue it out if you want to waste money and time then by all means BUY A FAULTY CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE but if u want something that will work ur better of buying a toy car from a toy store them buying a car from this company. avoid avoid avoid avoid at ALL COST

AVOID AVOID AVOID. WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR. Shayam has also contacted me regarding this business which he also had issue with. Same people, SAME ISSUE! I have also bought a VW Golf (Grey) 1.6FSI from 'Used Car Sales Online Limited' which is a new business name that was Incorporated on '11th February 2016'. The previous name for this business was called "Lions of London Car sales". The reason they changed there name is due to the face that they have soo many negative reviews online. Ok now back to the car. The car had several of issues, the battery died so i had to pay£70 for a new battery and £10 for fitting. I also waited more than 8 weeks for my V5C to come. I had temporary parking permit for a month and im waiting for the V5C. i contacted the business spoke to Amir and he said this in the exact word 'We have sent it off on Friday'. Then he said 100% he sent it. Im here waiting still no letters. i called up DVLA they said nope nothing came in. Contacted the business again said it take 6-8 week? i was like no it doesn't DVLA told me it take 3-4 week?.
GUESS WHAT! i had to pay another £141 for the parking permit. So i simply had enough, the brake pressure sensor it also gone which i have checked with 2 different mechanic. Now they are refusing to give me money around £3000 i even told them keep the deposit. But noooooo. 
I called again to talk to the owner MAJEED, Sajid but apparently hes never in? but when my dad calls the company on the same day hes some how came back from the dead?

These people are horrible Asian people.

Please do not buy from them. I have also contacted WatchDogs, BBC, Trading Standards, Citizen Advice Bureax and also my lawyer about this. We are taking them to county court and then high court to get my money back. I have brought this car in JUNE and the car is just outside waiting to die.
