I bought the car from them and after 1 months it broke down. The car was sold with defects. I do not recommend anyone to go there to buy.

Bought a Honda FRV 3 years ago and still running immaculate with out any Mot advisories , only recently went back to see a great range of electric vehicles. Liked a mistibushi ev electric vehicle decided to leave a deposit, the Big guy included a free warranty in the deal. Looking forward to collect my new car soon. Thumbs up 👍🏻 from me. Purchased a vehicle today from start to finish great service great patience went above and beyond in terms of helping us to purchase vehicle tax extended warranty. Out service history on his dealership especially while I was trying to add my insurance on to the vehicle helps us with the tax whilst in the office waiting to get through to my insurance company couldn’t really find any fault with the vehicle the ad was honest suite had a previous issue with another data after paying £300 for a delivery from a Car from long distance that turned up and we turn it away as it had various defects of it that was not mentioned in the previous dealerships details for everything on the ride stacked up so we went to see in person if you do did a test drive was happy with the vehicle and all the MOT history and the service history extended warranty and AA breakdown cover so I’m afraid given some of the negative reviews I’ve seen that this stacks up a remains to be the case as it actually couldn’t fault the owner and his patience Day one still but let’s hope it pays off fingers and toes crossed given we turned another vehicle down from our home yesterday who lied so hopefully I can be one of the positives reviews Thanks bpi and Hussein let’s hope the review remains to be positive and hopeful and confident thanks roofing today and a coffee LOL

Car was delivered at 21.40 so not able to inspect. Drove car a couple of miles following day realised did not like the car although drove ok. Was told no marks on body, found a couple of scratches and alloy wheel broken. Phoned for them to take car back as not happy they refused, told me to part exchange but why should I lose money. Poor service

I FEEL ROBBED. VERY VERY DISGUSTED. PLEASE AVOID. I bought a car through this dealership last year which developed an issue shortly thereafter within six weeks of purchase. Issue could have easily been picked with a diligent MOT check though advertised as recently MOT checked one wonders if this was diligently done. Requested to trade back the car the dealership refused. The dealership accepted to do works on the issue as i was given no other choice.8 months later and the car has packed up and ive only driven less than 350miles, I was sold a VERY BAD LEMON. I FEEL COMPLETELY ROBBED. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. DO THOROUGH INVESTIGATIONS BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING AND DONT USE WARRANTY FIRST YOULL BE PAYING FOR NOTHING THERE AS THEIR LIST OF ITEMS COVERED IS VAGUE AND THEY DONT COVER MOST THINGS IF ANYTHING AVOID AT ALL COST THAT WARRANTY FIRST COMPANY.

Awful cars awful customer service, vpi used car sales haven't a clue how to deal with customers and rectify the problems

Went and bought a car from Jamel at VPI Used Car, drove the car home after 15 the car broke down called Jamel told me car sold as seen my bad luck he said. £8000 wasted i told him he has to take it back as I had buyers right he passed it over to his brother sham who threatened me by saying they have my address n would sort me out if I called again. Don't buy from VPI car sales.
