I am enjoying the Hyundai Tucson, and the salesman answered all of my queries. The car was also valeted and clean for when I went to collect it. No reason not to give it full marks.

I have not had any issues with the Discovery so far, I dealt with Joshua on the day, and he was very helpful. I'd give my experience a 4 out of 5. If the waiting time was not as long, it would have been a 5.

I bought a Peugeot 208, and it is a lovely car. I am really happy with it. I can't remember the salesman's name who I dealt with, but he was very helpful, and the car was all valeted and clean when I went to collect it.

Joshua was fab when I was buying my Tiguan from this dealer, he answered all my questions and when we went on the test drive with him he made us feel very comfortable. Even though the service from Joshua was good, I would have to rate my time buying from them as a 3 star, this is due to having to wait along time, even though we had an appointment. The staff were really apologetic and said they were short staffed, so just as a bit of feedback to help customers experiences when buying a car may be worth staffing up a bit. That said, I do love my car!

Overall it was a good experience buying from V12, Sarda was really nice, a bit too much energy though. To be completely honest I did struggle with being passed from department to department, it seemed to be their weak spot as the communication between them wasn't as streamlined as I'd of hoped, which also contributed to issues with the warranty, I was happy to take out an extended warranty but I was advised that it was too late to add this due to the time of day it was, if there is anything that you can do to help with this, it would be appreciate to give me peace of mind. But as a whole the Berlingo is great and I'm really pleased with it, it was exactly as described, even though there was a couple of hiccups the service Sarda gave was good.

Great Mileage, Great Price and Great condition. The Insignia is running lovely for me, I have my first long trip next week heading to Northumberland to see my mother in law, so I'm looking forward to that. The salesman at V12 made everything smooth, but to be honest I knew what I wanted so I was the perfect customer 😊

I was after this particular car a BMW I3 which I found at this dealer, the only problem was it was 150 miles away from me. That being said the car was worth the distance travelled. We were helped by Edward in house and he was good as gold, its unlikely I would go back there again due to the distance but if your closer I would recommended him. The only small criticism I have on my time in the dealership is that the added extras were pushed quite a bit, I which I did feel were just not necessary, which is no reflection of Edwards service to me at all he did great!

Massive thanks to Liam he was spot on! This was my 5th time purchasing from these guys. He was the reason I ended up buying the car, as it was like chatting to a mate, the test drive in particular was such a comfortable experience. I have rated a 4 just because over the years when I bought from another branch it wasn't as good of a experience, due to issues with the car but I 100% would buy from Wolverhampton again, I even recommended my sister to them and she has had no issues at all. So far so good with my most recent purchase though (BMW 3 series), I bought it as a investment and have only driven it twice, I'll be keeping the mileage down to hopefully get a profit with it in the future, but I'm really happy with the condition of it. Unfortauntly we were looking to buy a new Volvo after getting in a accident, but as soon as we got in touch with Deontae at V12 we were in our upgrade quickly. He was professional, made us feel comfortable and as a whole gave me a good experience. I would consider them in the future for the right car.
