The Renault Kadjar has been perfect and the whole experience was exceptional. It was valeted and clean when I went to collect it. I would recommend it to others.

On the day of the purchase I dealt with Harry who was helpful throughout the process. I did have to wait a while as we waited for the documentation to be resolved, but they gave me a full tank of petrol for the wait which I thought was really good.

I have been in the market for an electric car for a while now, as electric cars are the future, and I already have an electric van, so I am familiar with them. Kuljit was very helpful and took me through the features of the car, including the safety features. I took it for a spin and decided that the e-tron was the right family car for me. Five stars for the dealership.

I would give V12 Sports and Classics four stars. I bought a Tesla Model 3, and the salesman explained all the features of the car to me and took me out on a test drive.

It was a pleasant experience overall. The Jaguar I-Pace I bought has had a few minor issues, such as it won’t connect to the internet and one of the carpets is ripped. But overall, it was a good dealership, and I would give them four out of five stars.

I saw the one they had and thought I would just go and have a look to see if I liked Range Rovers, as they do get a bit of negative feedback as a car. I went to visit V12 Sports and Classics with my brother-in-law with no intention of buying a car, but I saw the DS3 and loved it, so I bought it. The staff were lovely, the service was brilliant, and the car was fully valeted and clean when I picked it up.

It was a really easy process, in and out. The team were helpful, and if they had the vehicle I was looking for in the future, I would return to the dealership. The only thing I would say could be improved is having the admin fees clearly shown on the website, not just at the point of purchase.
