The BMW 3 Series I bought has been good. In terms of service, I would have hoped for the salesman to have a bit more knowledge regarding the vehicle, and while the car was valeted, I would have hoped for it to be a bit cleaner inside. I would give it a 3-star rating.

Mechanically, the car has been running well since the purchase. The staff at V12 were polite and friendly. If I were to give some feedback, I would say that they could have put a bit of petrol in the tank for me, as there was minimal fuel, and I felt the process was a bit rushed. When it comes to buying a car, it is one of the most expensive purchases you make, so I would have hoped they would go a bit more above and beyond. I would give my experience a 3.5 because there is some room for improvement, but overall I am happy with the car.

I will start by saying Liam was outstanding, the best salesman you can imagine. My wife and I have found a miracle car, and we are loving the Land Rover Discovery. I would give them ten out of ten if I could.

Really good experience, nice and straightforward. The car is good, but it does seem like the wipers aren't working currently so I'm taking it to a local mechanic for a diagnostic. Tony was brilliant - nice and relaxed and we were able to make a deal. The only thing they could improve was that they were a bit slow on the day. I'd happily give them 4 stars.
