Initially I thought this was an amazing garage as the sales guys can talk the talk. Once problems occur sales reps ignore your call n aftersales is appalling. Purchased a Mazda 3 for £4500 with a 2mth period I would of spent almost 1k sorting their neglect. Biggest issue was breaks which were so bad I could of killed someone. They offered me £100 as a good will gesture. V12 have now opened a new branch in Meir Heath, Staffordshire so people need to be aware. I can't express how depressing it's become dealing with this company, knowing someone Wollongong put my family at risk. Trading Standards are aware of the company but won't disclose why.

Okay so ill base my review on the questions asked when leaving this review. I found the dealer t o be pretty knowledgeable, he didn't know everything I asked off the top of his head but if they sell as many cars as they said then I don blame him. He was professional and courteous the whole time. The vehicle looked and drove just like the description online said, I couldn't find any problems with it when I checked it and haven't found anything since purchasing it. The value of the car was very good, the mileage was acceptable and the [rice was less than I was prepared to pay. I didnt have any issues needing resolving so my overall rating is 5/5.

Not Happy with the service at V12. We went down there to buy a car on a Saturday, waited hours to see if the finance would go through only to be told at the end that the finance company don't pay out on a Saturday! When we finally went to collect the car it should have been valeted and it hadn't been done. Other than these issues we have had its been okay and the car its self is very good! great value for money and I have had no Issues with it up to now. I have had this car since April. As far as value for money goes I would recommend this dealership its just a shame that the service wasn't all there.

Buying a car is always the worst thing for me because it is a lot of money and sometimes you get a good month out of a car and just when you think everything is working great, the tyres pretty much fall off. Well I waited 4 months to leave this review and so far I have had a very good experience purchasing from v12. The AA warranty was a nice touch but I haven't used it at all. I haven't had to contact v12 besides when I was calling for a test drive of this car. Payments and everything were straight forward and in the next couple of years If my daughter doesn't do anything stupid, I will more than likely buy her a car (from v12). Take my advice, car dealers are all competing against each other and will do or say anything to get your business, ignore them and focus purely on the car and its costs + problems. Then decide.

Bought a expensive BMW 5 Series, Told the Vehicle had a AA Inspection. Vehicle has a Gearbox fault and handbrake doesnt hold. V12 refused to pay for the repair as it needs a Gearbox Service and Brake Service.. There reply is "We are of the opinion servicing is the responsibility of the new owner and it is not something we are prepared to support." so now im left with a BMW that was sold to me as having FSH but wont enter 1st gear and wont change gear correctly, a handbrake that doesnt hold! V12 call themselves respectable dealers... wont be using again!

Hi, did the fault not appear for a while as I assume you must have test driven the car beforehand and not noticed any of these problems? They should be covered under the AA warranty regardless, don't contact v12 as they aren't responsible for the warranty, its AA you must contact (from previous experience). Good luck.

So i have been looking online for a car some time. There are a lot of garages all selling the same cars for pretty much the same price. So I went to each garage in my area and ultimately chose v12 as their car had the least amount of dings/scratches. I got lucky too as their pricing was a tiny bit less than everyone else's. The car was a Peugeot 308 and was in very good condition for its age. It is a dream to drive with its super soft suspension. Purchasing it was straight forward without any problems from my bank or with v12. Haven't had any hiccups with it so far and the breaks and tyres were new so cant see them being a problem any time soon.

I have been reading through a lot of these reviews and comparing them to my experience is like night and day. I'm not sure if I got really lucky but my experience was positive. I had a salesmen that didnt push for a sale, lie about any problems and didnt act agressive in any way. If anything, he just left me to it, answered my questions and thats pretty much it. I got test drive 2 different Fords (Fiesta and Focus) and due to having 5 doors, I actualy purchased the Focus over the Fiesta they had. No problems were found that they didnt already tell me about. A couple of wear and tear items were repaired under he AA warranty at my local garage and thats pretty much been my experience up until last week. This is from January when I purchased the car.

Came down last week to have a nosey at some cars they had. There were a few nice looking cars but upon coming back 2 days later, every car that I liked was gone which was a little disappointing. I didn't have the funds needed for those cars at that point but upon my 2nd visit I did having just been paid. I brought in my own car to see what I could part exchange it for and they offered a little less than I expected but was still within my expected range. Now that I had a price on my car I could see what cars I could buy. I had eyed up a Ford Mondeo when I came in initially but it was sold before I got a chance to look at it. Next I saw a Fiesta almost brand now only a couple of years old which looked great. I got to look inside and see that it was HPI clear. No need to MOT it for another year as it was a 2014 plate. I naturally assumed this would be sold too as it was my luck but it hadn't so I checked all the stuff I wrote about above and gave an offer £100 below what they were asking due to tyres not being brand new and they accepted and I got 6 months AA warranty too which is great. Overall my experience was great. It could have been better if I got the car I originally wanted but my Fiesta is still amazing for what it cost and looks very very nice. I didn't have to finance as I had the money already so was a pretty quick exchange and I was out.

First of all could I say how sorry I feel for all those people who have had such a terrible experience at the hands of V12 the reviews are quite sobering and shocking. Our story began on the Internet looking for a nice used car we noticed a car advertised by V12 and it looked immaculate, as we had looked at a few of this make of car already but its amazing how the camera really does lie. on talking to V12 via the Telephone we were given the Spiel on how they sell cars all day long and were not open to offers because they said "our cars are second to none" We were impressed at their claims and the car really did look that good going by the pictures but unfortunately on a arrival, we saw the car that we had put a deposit down on and we were very disappointed to say the least, the front bumper was damaged, they said it must of happened while on their premises and also pointed out that there must of been repairs to the bumper as I found masking tape on the bumper and as with most disgruntled customers my gut feeling kicked in in smelling a rat and that we counted ourselves fortunate that we followed our suspicions and walked away and with our money and deposit refunded. on returning back home we checked out the reviews on the V12 and are shocked at how many customers have been conned it just went on and on its very scary at how much money people have lost to this company let alone the upset. We consider ourselves very lucky not to have fallen to this company and from now will always check out a companies ratings and reviews before even going to look at a car let alone putting down a deposit or buying. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE as the majority of the reviewer's are warning you, on this company, V12. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REPENT AT LEISURE, YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Bought 62 plate Peugeot 308 which was im immaculate condition paint wise. There was a few problems engine wise but v12 sorted them out without any trouble. Since then I have got the full AA cover which I have used to sort out a knocking noise coming from my wheel. All problems fixed without hassle and at no extra cost to me to I give them 5 stars.
