V12 have been very easy to deal with, they have made the car buying process extremely simple and hassle-free. Michael was a great help, really good with us and always available for any questions we had. The whole sale was dealt with in a great manner, timely and professionally. The Jaguar XF I purchased really is top of the range, its a lovely car and I'm very pleased with it. I have already recommended V12 to a friend and we expect to visit again with my Wife in the next couple of months!

I've just bought the best car I've ever owned, and trust me I've had some cars in my time! There is nothing wrong with the car, its driving brilliantly, its the exact spec I wanted and its in fanatstic condition from top to bottom, I'm just totally blown away with it. I've want the XE for many years now and its living up to my high expectations of it, its exactly what I was after. The whole process was really simple, stress-free I would say to anybody.... buy a car from V12, especially the Stoke branch I visited, I'd recommend all day long.

I took my son down to V12 after finding an Audi A4 online. He wanted something bigger with a boot for the dog and this ticked all the boxes. There was a few niggles with the car but given the price it all balanced out. My son is buzzin with the car he loves driving it and the little dog is more than happy with his new space in the boot! Lewis was really good, he was the guy dealing with it, he was on the ball with everything!

This is the first time I have bought a car myself, its only my 2nd car so it was a bit daunting the thought of going into a dealership and buying a car on my own, Shaun was absolutely brilliant, really really helpful, he ran through all the details of the car, the interior, the gadgets, the media system etc, he came out on a test drive and showed me what I needed to know, he was honestly amazing with me. I couldn't be happier with the car its brilliant. I never thought my 2nd car would be a BMW 1 Series, I've wanted one since passing my test, I'm so happy, thank you Shaun and V12. I highly recommend Shaun and will definitely come back here again in a few years or when I want to change the BMW.
