So in love with my BMW 4 Series, I found it online to start with and contacted them to see if it was still available. The salesman gave me all the information over the phone and booked an appointment. When I got there everybody was super helpful and friendly and went that extra mile to make a smooth buying process. I will be back to V12 when (IF) I want to swap the BMW!!

Very happy with my BMW the interior looks almost new and the car drives like a dream. The environment it's self was very easing and welcoming, a great bunch of people at V12. Absolutely made up with the car and cant fault the staff.

Very efficient business, well organised and very polite. I travelled down to Hinckley to view a Ford Focus that was advertised on V12's website. Upon arrival I was seen on time and in a professional manor. Shaun took me across the forecourt to view the vehicle and gave me an in depth tour of the car. Every question I asked, he was able to answer. He was so polite and left me to continue to look at the car on my own to allow me to make a decision without feeling pressured. He had all the paperwork and history of the car available for me to view without asking. He then continued to be a great help throughout the whole process. Very happy with the way the sale went. The salesman was very helpful making our buying experience relaxing and hassle free. The showroom was immaculate couldn't get over how clean everything looked even after a busy rush. I highly recommend V12 and would shop here again when I want to upgrade.
