I have used V12 about 6 times now and I always come back due to their reliability. I am always very happy and walk out with a smile on my face. I will be using again of course. You have to keep in mind that its a second hand car you are buying, sometimes niggles happen here and there. You just have to let them know of any issues and V12 will sort you right out!

I love the Ford Focus, I love it 1 because its new (to me anyway) and 2 because it looks so nice, clean and tidy! The valeters did a great job on making the car look brand new! I have come from an old company car which was Renault Laguna so the new Ford Focus its quite a big upgrade. The customer service is some of the best I have ever had.. not only when buying a car. It was just a nice environment to be in and no pushiness at all which is refreshing to see.

I came down to V12 Sports and Classics after a lengthy search for a Range Rover, I am greatly appreciative of the out come. I came away with a smile from ear to ear AND a brilliant Range Rover, I would certainly come back for another vehicle when an upgrade is in the pipe line. V12 have a lovely bunch of staff who are always very happy to help with anything.

I had a great experience at V12 Sports and Classics in Luton, I dealt with a staff member called Awais and he was a pleasure to deal with. He showed me to the car and talked me through its operations. I really liked that I was able to buy the car the same day however I would have liked it even more if the process could have been sped up a little bit. Other than that all was good 😊

I went to V12 in Witham to view and Astra I had seen for sale online. When I saw the car in person all seemed to match up and be accurately described on the listing. I was really impressed with the AA checks the cars go through prior to the purchase, I felt very assured about the quality of the vehicle.

I would recommend V12. The customer service was great both during and after the purchase - really helpful and approachable. Samantha in particular was lovely. No problems with the i3!
