The Audi A1 I bought from V12 is a lovely change from my last car, much nicer to drive on the whole and much more modern tech on the inside! I was very pleased with the customer service side of the purchase, the team were brilliant and Michael took good care of me throughout. I haven't used V12 before but I would use them again.

Everything was so smooth and simple buying my Vauxhall here. The staff were all so helpful, despite how busy they all were, they took the time to make sure I was seen to and had all the information and answers I needed to make a decision. I absolutely love the car, it's been perfect since buying, I wouldn't think twice about buying here again.

The customer service at V12 was absolutely spot on! They looked after me well and the process was quick, easy and very smooth. I was purchasing a Seat Leon and so far it's been brilliant, very reliable and runs great. I would happily recommend to others and buy from V12 again in the future.

From the get go everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I enquired about the Seat they had in stock, and went to view the car the following day. I was greeted by Conor, who was such a helpful young man, and gave me all of the necessary information I needed about the car. I was allowed to take the car for a test drive, and wasn't limited to a quick drive round the block. I had a good look around the car, and was so pleased with the condition, there were hardly any signs of usage. I was highly impressed with how things unfolded at V12, and would be more than happy to recommend them to others on the market for second hand vehicles!

I have no objections in giving positive feedback where it is deserved, and these guys are very deserving of the 5 stars!! When viewing the car it was great, I was left alone, and allowed to view the car in my own time. When I was after some information regarding the vehicle, I would be approached by David who would answer any questions that I had. He was clear and concise with every part of the sale, I cannot pick a single fault with him or the vehicle, and would be happy to use again and recommend!

I have never bought a car from V12 before, so I didn't really know what to expect. But first impressions were good, all the staff were polite and the cars were presented very well. I felt very comfortable throughout and was able to make my decision in my own time. I am so pleased that I did go ahead with the purchase because the Captur is a cracking car! To this day I am still completely made up with it.
