I wasn’t specifically looking for an electric van, but I came across a Toyota Proace advertised by V12 online. It had the right mileage and was a great deal, practically brand new with only 300 miles on the clock. Darren and the guys at the Wolverhampton branch looked after me well—everything was excellent and super quick/efficient. I made my enquiry on Sunday morning and had purchased it by Sunday night, so I'm quIte happy with everything.

I found V12 on Gumtree and am really glad I did! The car's lovely and I’m very happy with it. Kye who assisted me with the sale, provided excellent customer service and had a great way of working. The dealership also had a fantastic atmosphere so I’ve given them a top rating.

I had a good experience with V12, with the range of stock and knowledge of vehicles a positive. A negative was the wait time in between selecting and getting to test drive the vehicle, and then finalising the purchase afterwards. I'd rate the experience 4/5.

Perfect van for work. We currently have 3 on the road and after this one, are again in need for another so we will more than likely be back. The transit was advertised with a short MOT, but I put it through and there were literally 0 advisories.. cant complain.

I was given a second key for the car and it didnt work. I let V12 know and they had it sorted for me free of charge. All in all, these guys were great. They were good at what they do and super helpful. I'm only rating 4.5 stars due to, as my mum always said, '5/5 means that there is no room for improvement!'
