V12 was pretty easy to find, right next to a travis perkins, had a smallish courtyard with 20 or so cars in it. The staff were friendly enough, had a small wait before anyone was free to show me around some cars I wanted to look at. Any issues I had such as seeing the MOT certificates (some dealers refused this to me so went elsewhere) were not problem which is always a good start. Got a BMW, nice and clean, no issues so far and look forward to many years without issues, touch wood.

I have never bought a car before, I have always had a company car. Since leaving that job I naturally needed a car which is when I found v12. I told them what I was looking for (something similar to my business car) and they were happy to help, provided me with MOT test results online and threw in a full valet beforehand. I left feeling better than expected and was pleased to have found v12.

Just got home from buying my ford fiesta, they were happy to show me the MOT documents along with the results of the AA inspection. No dings or scratches and I made sure I was thorough! My husband came along and they let me check everything under the bonnet for any signs of wear and tear or previous damage. Very professional businessmen and happy to have bought from them.

2007 Kia Sedona broke down within 3 weeks of purchasing from v12. Took them nearly 3 months to decide vehicle could not or was not worth repairing, conveniently after they had just sold the vehicle I part exchanged and they still didn't give me a full refund even though vehicle was returned to them due to a fault. Its a pity they didn't have the aa used car check in place when I was dealing with them. Absolutely shocking service and a terrible experience. Would never go to v12 again and advise those considering to be very wary, seems once they have your money they don't want to help any further.

Despite problems with VW emissions, my golf is still amazingly specced, fast, and good MPG. V12 were more than happy to show me MOT work done and other work done. After seeing the full service history, I was sold. Great car.

Ford Fiesta ST-3, great spec, rapid, and most importantly, great condition. 1 year old so wasn't expecting any large scratches, but I couldn't even find hairline scratches. Looks pretty much brand new, I think I can even smell new fabric but that could be my mind playing tricks, who know. Either way, was a pleasure to buy from V12 and would happily recommend.
