After reading reviews we were uncertain of this company but they have so many cars online for sale. We just had to go and see. We were greeted by Billy who assisted us and helped us find our car. They do have many staff everywhere who look busy. We were very happy with Billy from sales floor and Tony in the handover office. They are very busy and i can see why. Fantastic price, wonderful service and i have to ask myself if the bad reviews are really this company. Im certainly going to recommend them and go again for my next car. I am glad i went and would suggest you guys go there and leave reviews once you been.

These are a terrible company, do not buy from them would be my advice - any one who is having issues with them send you complaints to Richard Jennings at trading standards who dealt with our case

I arrived on a friday evening to buy a great value Saab 9-3. Greeted by friendly sales staff and was quickly out for a test drive. Had a few technical questions so I was brought to the neighbouring mechanic who helped me out. Staff helped me with the paperwork and I was on the road. I drove the car via Holyhead to Ireland and the following day begun the import process. I was missing a vital document and the garage sent it by registered mail the following day. My local mechanic checked the car and found no faults. Normally when something is too good to be true... but I have to say V12 has been excellent and I recommend them.

Many thanks all at v12. Service excellent and so is my car!! Will recommend to all. Only gripe is that there were a few stone chips that I couldn't see on the photos but as they had the car I wanted and the price was cheaper than I could see anywhere it wasn't a major issue. Must mention Kirk and Adam for the attention and service that I received. Will be back again.
