I liked that the dealer did everything they said they would, brilliant customer service and nice to feel valued. I drove away in the car the same day so was a very easy and quick process! The A4 is working perfectly, I'm loving driving it and not had a single issue since taking it away. Would recommend V12 to everybody looking to buy a new car!

I recently attended V12's showroom to view a car I had found online. The advert read well and the car seemed to tick all the boxes. The BMW 3 Series is a great car, a great size and looks fantastic too. The dealership is on the ball and everything is taken care of for you. I arrived to collect the car and it was ready on time, documents ready to be signed and the car looked fantastically clean. I was more than happy when driving it away. I've really been enjoying the car over these past few weeks and if/when Im ready to upgrade I will be back to V12.
