I would like to thank the salesman Luke at V12 Hinckley. I bought an Audi Q3 and he made the process really easy and was extremely helpful. I'm really impressed with the whole process from start to finish. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would! I was asked to pay for a holding fee of £100 before test driving a car and was told that I would get an automatic refund of I didn't like the car. That was the 3rd of July 2020 and to date, several phonecalls/ emails, I keep being promised my refund with no luck, no responses to email and empty promises over the phone! Each time I ring, I'm made to feel like i'm a pain. I am appalled to say the least! Be warned in case you fall into the same trap. Hopefully, I will get my refund once the Ombudsman has dealt with my complaint.

Really bad customer service and poor quality cars, i brought Jaguar Xe R Sport (reg 65) in December 2019 and the engine and turbo has gone within 3 months of buying - i am getting no response or help from the company in regards to repair or refund. I have written numerous letters and now going down the legal route and see what the court decide. Never again will i buy a car from here and i would not recommend this place to anyone.
