I have had numerous issues with the vehicle I bought from V12. I have had issues with the gearbox, alternator, one of the tyres, the timing chain, the battery and more. The dealership have done nothing to help. Luckily I have managed to get most of these issues resolved my the warranty but it only comes with 3 months so hopefully nothing else will go wrong. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

I bought a Mazda 6 from here back in June. The car was in pretty good condition... a bit dirty towards the front of the car and I didn't really appreciate the attitude I got when I asked them about it... But the car was a good price considering how good the mileage was. The car drives like a dream and I would recommend V12.

The service was okay but the dealer did waffle on a lot. The car could have been cleaner, there were coffee stains on the roof and just not cleaned properly. The car was quite good value for money but they should have had the camb belt changed and serviced it. Overall they were okay but I'm not sure I would recommend them.

I bought a car from V12 back in June, the car was okay for a month but then the water pipe broke. I went back to the dealership to fix it under the warranty which they refused so I am sorting that myself and the car also did not come with any paperwork or V5 despite them saying it did originally... now they are saying I will have to go to the post office to get a new one. I would not recommend this dealership, I had a very bad experience with them.

Disgusting customer service, shocking company. I placed a holding fee of £200 on a car. On the day I was picking the car up I got a phone call to say they had sold the car I had reserved. It was not reserved for weeks on end it was a matter of days. Now at this point I was 60 miles into the 100 mile trip to collect the car when my finance company informed me of the sale. I then pulled up at the services and rang v12, they refused to tell me they had sold it and put me on hold for a long time and would not answer me after this. Highly recommended you stay away from this company. Even the finance company I use told me they had experienced this company selling reserved cars on other customers.

Took my deposit to reserve a car till viewing next morning. V12 Stoke branch rang me a few hours later stating car was damaged and they could not sell to me. Found out next day they had sold the car to someone that day. They did not have the decency to tell me the truth. Would you buy from them? Not me.

Excellent service from this dealership, They even delivered the car to me and I have no had any issues with it since. Really happy and would recommend.

Bought a car a month ago and clutch went. They didn't want to repair it even though I had only done 500 miles in it so trading standards got involved so then they had to sort it then they give me a lift back to the train station in a customers car which was already sold so whomever bought a vaxuall insigna with the reg bu13 hd0 hope you don't mind them clocking your miles up.

I bought a BMW from V12 back in April and there were a few issues with the car being ready to collect at the right time but other than that the service was good. There were a few small repairs to be done and it needed servicing but other than that the car runs fine. The car was good value for money but i did have to pay out quite a bit for the service. I would recommend this dealership because they have some quality cars and I have been to far worse dealerships.

I bought a car from this dealership. The days after it was delivered it started having problems. I was back no forths and the garage for faults with the engine. Also the reverse light had been broken. Both problems existing before I bought it so thankfully I was covered. I'm a woman and this we my first car purchase. I had been approved for an interest free credit card and was going to use it to pay but it hadn't arrived yet. I told them I would pay a deposit and then pay the rest when the card arrived. The finance guy convinced me to take the car finance despite me saying I don't want to pay ANY fees or interest. He gave me wrong info and omitted important info which meant that when I tried to pay the full finance 4 weeks later I was charged over £400 in fees. I would never buy a car from them again. I trusted them that the car would be in good working order without defects and I trusted the finance guy. They all act so nice but they're jut as deceptive as any back of Lordy salesman. Anything to sell. What a depressing experience. I hd referred some friends there and I will be telling them to avoid V12 now. I will also be making a formal complaint to every governing body related to sales and cars.
