Bought a 2012 Focus last week, didn't have a spare tyre, there was no owners manual,3 of the hub caps were badly scratched and the parcel shelf was partially damaged. These are all cosmetic things and I have them sorted already, but the car is excellent value for money and overall I am very happy with the deal

My wife and I recently purchased a used car from V12. After emailing to an internet ad for the car, I was contacted by a v12 representative who provided me with all of the information I requested and invited my wife and I to test drive the car. When we arrived, we were welcomed like guests, the car was exactly as advertised and was ready for our inspection when we arrived. The negotiations were conducted and we got a good 10% off the total price due to it needing new brake pads.

Got my first car from here, nearly 6 weeks of constant driving so I can get better and haven't found any faults. I will be looking to v12 for when I get my next car, that's for sure. Thanks V12.

Had my car about a week and done almost 1600 miles in it. Not a single hiccup and all fluid levels are still good. Tyre tread is good, no balding, tracking/balancing has all been done and has brand new brake pads. No issues from me or the car.

I bought my new Vw passat from here. The car was faultless In every way. Had new tyres and wipers and was a 1 owner well maintained vehicle. Customer service was exceptional. I would very highly recommend V12 in every way. Thanks V12 keep up the hard work.

I travel, ALOT, for my job, and naturally I needed a good runner that will last me. I originally looked at leasing new cars but they only provide 20k max then the costs ramp up to extortion. This is when I thought I would get a newish car with low miles. V12 provided the best of both worlds for me and had my car within 3 or 4 days. No hassle and (fingers crossed) heres to 200k+ miles without problems!

Bought a Mercedes in November and had a couple of problems with it (brake pads and discs) but the car came with the AA warranty and was fixed without issue. V12 themselves said they couldn't fix the problems but told me to go to another garage and have them ring v12. Didn't hear anything after car was fixed so they must have paid. Quite a few negative comments on here about v12 not fixing things, probably worth just going to another garage and have them send v12 the bill. As a side note, my wife bought a Quashqui 2 or 3 months before I got mine from v12 and she hasn't had any problems at all.

I didn't come across any problems while looking through their cars. No one was overly aggressive as some salesmen were a other car garages. Overall I am very impressed with the selection they had and was more than happy to test a few of their cars. I didn't make a purchase but I have put a deposit down on a car and will be taking a more thorough look at it tomorrow.
