Without any hassle, they quickly exchanged the car for a different one, and everything has been going great since then. Connor was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making sure everything was sorted quickly.

Gernell, the sales executive who looked after me, was a wonderful guy who worked tirelessly to assist me with the purchase of my BMW. From the first point of contact to the handover, he made the experience pleasant for me, and I can not think of any reason to lower their rating and give them a 5 out of 5.

My Ford Kuga is driving great. Oliver really went above and beyond, and he made sure I got all the attention I needed and even spoke to the manager to secure the best deal possible. He was professional and very helpful throughout the transition. Oliver had also sold a car to my friend, so when I was ready to buy, he recommended I give them a try, and I’m glad that I did.
