I've been itching for an upgrade, so I went on AutoTrader and spotted the Ford C-Max at V12 Sports and Classics. It turned out to be the perfect fit for me, ticking all the boxes and coming in at a sweet price. Alex was my go-to guy, and he made sure I felt like more than just a customer. V12's service was brilliant from beginning to end. With a smooth ride like this, I can guarantee I'll be back for more in the future!

We had seen the Mercedes GLA around town, and we knew we needed to look at this car close up to see if it was the car for us. We noticed V12 Sports and Classics had one in, so we swiftly headed over to have a little look. After a good test drive and Seyyed answering every possible question we had; We decided to go ahead with the purchase and we haven't regretted it once. Its a brilliant car and we are so incredibly happy with it. If we are ever in need of another car, we will defiantly consider popping over to see the guys at V12 Sports and Classics.

I was looking for a small 1L engine car when I came across V12 Sports and Classics on Auto trader. I gave them a call about a Corsa that had taken my fancy, but they told me they had a few more cars of that size if I wanted to come over and have a look at them. A quick 45 minute drive down the road, I test drove all the cars I liked the look of but the one that felt most perfect for me wasn't infact the Corsa I originally liked at all... it is a great little Renault Clio which was my winner. I have been loving the car ever since I bought it and im so glad I went over that day. I must also mention that Alex the sales man was so lovely, being rather young myself and not knowing much about cars I felt as ease with Alex as he was very informative and any question I had he answered in so much detail for me so i could understand and this made my whole journey buying this car so much better. Thank you Alex!!

Bought my new car a Renault Megane from V12 Sports and Classics and the car is running really well, with no problems at all. Micheal who helped me with the purchase was great and i would recommend this dealership to my friends.

Was having a little mooch on Autotrader in the search of an addition to my collection. when I came across a V12 Sports and Classics, where I found a perfect Porshe 944. I decided on the basis of the description I would head down and have a viewing of the car. I was greeted by the friendly Visharn who made the whole process very easy, and his customer service was extremely good. The car matched the description perfectly and I knew it was for me. I have had the car since January but , unfortunately haven't had time to take it out for a drive due to work commitments, but I cannot wait to get it out on the road to enjoy.

I cannot fault Michael in the slightest. From making the initial inquiry to the handover of my car, it was faultless. Michael allowed me to test drive a few cars before making the decision to purchase my Skoda, which was really good of him, and this was a massive part of my decision to buy my Skoda. Also, he gave me some useful information and tips about my car. Overall, it was a brilliant service. 

Since buying my Audi in February, it's been running like clockwork. There are absolutely zero issues for me to report with my Audi. Speaking to Masir was extremely relaxing, with a no-pressure-to-buy approach, which I really appreciated. I was also surprised when I received a phone call a few weeks after buying my car to make sure everything was okay. This proves to me that this dealership really cares about their customers and that they are not just trying to sell you a car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next car, and when I'm looking to upgrade, I would not think twice about using them again.

I'm thrilled to bits with my Mercedes; it drives like a dream. Sarda was so polite and helpful, and he arranged for my car to be sent from one of their other branches to Wolverhampton for me to look at and take it for a test drive, which was really good of him. I am very happy with the service. I would happily recommend these to family and friends and buy another car from this dealership in the future.

I recently purchased my Kia Sportage from the Nelson Branch of V12 Sports and Classics. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a warm smile from one of their sales agents, Mohammed. His knowledge about the Kia Sportage was impressive, and he answered all my queries with patience. But what stood out the most for me with Mohammed was his genuine care for my needs as a customer. He made me a delightful cup of tea that added a comforting touch to the whole car-buying experience. It's small gestures like this that turn a good customer service experience into a great one. Mohammed definitely deserves 5/5 for the service I received from him, and I'm really happy with my new car; it has not skipped a beat since I bought it.
