After having a bad experience with a dealership before this one, I didn't know what to expect but the difference in the way I was treated was amazing. Alex welcomed me on arrival, paid attention to what I was looking for, and really listened to try and find me the perfect car. This is when I found the Mercedes A-Class! - Everything Alex told me about the car turns out to be true, so I wasn't left with any hidden surprises or found anything he didn't mention. Once the test drive was over, he sat me down and went through all of the paperwork to make sure I was happy with what I was hearing and on the same day I was driving it home! The quick turnaround was very impressive and I would 100% get another car from here in the future.

I love my Ford C-Max but my partner has ruined it for me because he went out of his way and got the Ford Kuga, so after driving his, mine is no longer the quickest ☹️ but honestly it's a lovely little car and I specifically wanted the eco boost version with me doing a lot of driving day to day. Regarding the purchase of the car I think everything went smoothly, although I have to say I felt sorry for Ryan (the salesman) because he had my mum to deal with who can be a hand full sometimes haha. We got a really good deal on the car and it's been great, I know I'll continue to love it.

After having my previous car for just over 8 years it was sadly time to get an upgrade. With me needed a new daily car, it was very important to get something reliable. While I was shopping around I found a BMW 1 Series advertised at V12 Sports and Classics, so I had a look at the reviews and it really gave me a lot of faith in the dealership before I made the trip down. Shaun looked after me while I was making the purchase, he was great! Everything was done quickly and in a professional manner, I couldn't of asked much more of him. I plan to keep this car for a very long time like my last one but I would happily come back here for my next car.

While I was having a look for a new car, I had a pretty open mind because I wasn't looking for anything in particular but something that was within my budget. So without looking online I headed into the dealership to have a look around and that's when I saw the Mini Hatch! - I approached Ryan to get some more information and he was completely the opposite of a typical salesman because he was very relaxed which made me to feel very relaxed. Ryan was very informative and spent a lot of time telling me everything I needed to know about the car with it being the first time owning a Mini. It was an easy transition from my last car and I've loved it ever since.

Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever.
