10/10 for Jack at V12 Sports and Classics he was really attentive and offered to get a compressor for the car sent out to me. The car drives well and does what I need it to do.

The only thing that needed addressing on my Tiguan was the aircon which was very east to arrange. I was able to take the car to a local garage and I was reimbursed swiftly. The customer service both during and after the sale was professional and amenable.

I am delighted with what V12 were able to do for me, absolutely excellent service from Albertas and his colleagues at the Witham branch. I found it to be a very easy procedure and all is good with the Golf.

I have bought a car from V12 in the past, I have been to a different branch both times and found the level of service to be consistent across both locations. My most recent purchase was at the Newcastle branch with the sales representative Jack. I bought an X2 and haven't had any problems with the car to date. All things considered I would be happy to return a third time.

An absolutely fantastic dealership which I would be more than happy to use again and recommend! Right from the get go the team were welcoming, friendly and professional. They made a great first impression on me. I think it was Alex who handled the majority of my sale, he was incredibly helpful.

Unfortunately the car I had come to see had already been sold by the time I arrived 😫 BUT fortunately enough there was a Mini Convertible for sale that really caught my eye. I had a test drive in the Mini and absolutely loved it! They say everything happens for a reason so the Mini must have been my destiny. Its an absolutely lovely car. It was a pleasure to deal with Jack too!

This is not the first time I have used V12 Sports and Classics, I had a Mazda from them a couple of years ago and was really impressed so I was more than happy to return. This time I went for an Alfa and its a lovely upgrade. The service I received was just as good the second time round so I would be happy to use them for a third time too 😊

Michael couldn't do enough to help me! He bent over backwards to make sure everything was arranged to my liking which intern made the experience incredibly smooth. The Octavia is a brilliant car and I don't have any issues to report.
