The only reason that is a 4 is due to the indication of add ons being a little heavy, apart from that Jasvinder was great. The car itself is great, I absolutely love it!

I think V12 have been absolutely amazing to deal with. We had a strange smell coming through the vents so we got in touch and they agreed to honour that quote. I asked my mechanic to give it a test drive once he had done the work and he said the car was perfect, no an issue with it. Michael was great too, he was very good not pushy at all. He just let us get on with it, we tried a couple of cars and he gave us the space to make an informed decision, he wasn't in your face like some salesman are. He didn't hound us he was just there when we needed them. Can't fault him at all!

Its good, its good, got no issues at all with the Jaguar. It was my first time using V12 and I am happy with the overall experience.

Mike was great, really nice guy. Dead sound and got everything sorted for us, couldn't fault him really.

Shaun was a nice young lad really helpful and pleasant to deal with. The Mazda has been a fantastic little car, I haven't found any faults, and touch wood, it stays that way!

Everything seems alright with the Merc, I don't really have any big issues. It was mainly Wayne who I dealt with in Wolverhampton and he was bang on, dead nice chap to deal with. Couldn't fault his customer service, I would be happy to recommend/

We absolutely love the Nissan, it is such a gorgeous car to drive. It was in great condition when we came to collect it, it was gleaming! I think it was Daniel that we dealt with and he was great, really nice, friendly bloke couldn't do enough for us. Happy to give the full 5 stars it was pretty faultless from start to end!

Noemi has definitely left a mark on me, she was one of the best sales consultants I have ever had. I had a few little niggles that she got ironed out straight away she was just amazing. From top to bottom everything was explained clearly, and things I didn't understand she was more than happy to go through with me and get those sorted. The A7 is absolutely amazing, I am looking after her well and she is looking after me!

The I40 is a bit different to what I am used too however it's great. I did tink I had a problem with the clutch as it is a lot lighter than the Insignia, however, I took it to my mechanic and he said everything is in perfect working order. It was Ben that I dealt with and he was cracking, couldn't fault him really. If V12 were happy to part ex this in in a few years time, I'll be back again for another!

I am very happy with my car, it is very good. Dilojan was great, very nice man.
