I have been looking for the Ford Fiesta for a while now. I came across the one advertised at V12 Sports and Classics Worksop, it was on for a good price. My parents bought a Ford Kuga from a different V12 branch about a year ago. I did have a slight problem with the private plate that was on the car, but now that is sorted. I'm enjoying the car and noticing a difference from my previous car, which was the Ford Ka. The staff were nice and helpful. I'd rate it a 4 out of 5.

The Toyota C-HR has been fine, I'm enjoying it. It was a straightforward experience. I was looking for that make and model online, and I went down to view it, took it for a test drive, and the salesman answered all of my questions. The only thing was, as I wasn't using their finance, I had to wait until the following day, as someone else was interested. But that's the only thing. Everything else went well.

We needed a car that was able to pull the caravan, so we went with the Audi Q5. Straight after purchase it had an issue which has now been resolved, although it has taken 6 weeks. I think the delay was on the garage's end and not V12. In regard to the day of purchase, I only went to view the car and ended up coming away with it, so it must have been good. Even though I had that issue, I'd give it a solid 4 stars.

4 star experience. I was looking on AutoTrader for a VW Scirocco or something similar on AutoTrader, it took me to V12 Sports and Classic's website. While I was viewing the car and going through the buying process, it went perfectly. I would have liked for them to budge on the price a bit, as I had to buy a spare key, but other than that, I'd definitely recommend it.

I fully endorse V12 Sports and Classics, I'd class it as a little gem in the middle of the country. If you are willing to travel a few miles, you get a decent bargain with a pretty solid setup. It doesn't have that reputation yet, but it should, as compared to other similar dealerships, I think it embarrasses them.

Came across V12 Sports and Classics on AutoTrader whilst I was specifically looking for the Ford Puma, everything was fine on the day. Since the purchase, I have had an issue with the windscreen washer, and the nearest garage I can take it to through warranty is 40 mins away. Overall I'd give it 4 out of 5.

We haven't had any problems at all with the Mercedes EQC. I'd say the experience was good, and Max was helpful. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 is due to us having to wait a few hours, but other than that, it was all good.

Everything at the dealership was okay, I have been dealing with the aftersales since the purchase. It has not reached my expectations compared to the customer service which I got on the day. Other than the issues, the Skoda has been good.

Previously I had a golf, we needed a bigger car, as we have 2 children. I've definitely noticed the difference, it has been a big help. I thought the staff were friendly and helpful. When we bought the car, we were told it was a year MOT, although it turns out it is just over 6 months, so based on everything, I'd have to give it 4 stars.

Max did a good job of making the deal go smoothly too.
