No complaints. The Toyota Corolla is nice and, at the moment, it’s working well. . I’ve only had one little issue with a mark on the dashboard and the dealership have said i can take it back at some point. already recommended V12 Sports and Classics to my friend, and I’m also looking at another two or three cars. I keep checking to see if another car becomes available as I’d consider buying another one from them.

I’ve only had the Golf for about three weeks, and I’m still getting used to it being an automatic, but it’s a lovely car, and I’ve had no problems with it yet. There are a lot of things on it, particularly the driver assist and all the beeping, which I’m still getting used to. When I first went down, it was good, and the chap who went out with me, who I think was called Anthony or Tony, was spot on and a gentleman. When I went to collect the car, the person I was dealing with wasn't in, and they weren't aware I was coming, which was a little bit stressful. The manager did ring and apologise afterwards. Apart from the collection experience, everything was alright, and I’m happy with the car.

BMW 3 Series seems alright and it’s not bad when I drive it. Khalil answered my questions and took me for a test drive and it was sound, to be honest. I’ve already recommended V12 to a few people, and a few people have gone there based on my recommendation.

My experience at V12 was great. The staff were very helpful and the woman who handled the documents was lovely and really nice.

Everything with the communication went fine. I pointed out a problem during the test drive and was told it didn’t need a new tyre and would be sorted. When the MINI was delivered, I was told it had been dealt with and would clear itself, but the problem remained. But apart from that one issue, everything has been fine, so overall I'd give the dealership a four star rating.

Jessica was the salesperson who we dealt with, and she was alright, and in general, the dealership was quite professional and good. Although the transaction was done later on in the day, it felt quite rushed. After the purchase I had a battery problem with the Mazda, but the after-sales team helped me replace the battery. The after-sales team was very good.

The Vauxhall Mokka is lovely. I did have a problem because I was given the wrong charger, which has meant using a long extension cable out of the window. I haven’t had time to call them back about it, and it’s a long journey for me to get back there. Apart from that, I can’t fault V12 Sports and Classics for their service. I dealt with three different people and they were all equally fab, really friendly and really professional. I don’t have any complaints about how I was dealt with and would go back for another car again.

Khalil was great. I originally came in for another car, but it seemed too expensive and a risky decision, so we talked about the Citroen instead and reached a good deal. I part-exchanged my electric Nissan Leaf. I’d hoped for a better exchange price. Based on the prices they sell their cars at and the experience, I'd recommend V12 to others who are looking to buy a car.

Robin the salesman who i dealt with was good and I was happy with my experience and the Fiat 500.

The Peugeot Partner has been fine as far as I’m aware. I dropped it off at the office and haven’t seen it since, but the girls haven’t said they’ve had any issues with it. The experience at V12 Sports and Classics was alright. The only frustration was the paperwork process. I think there was only one person doing all the administrative work in the back office, which meant we had a long wait. Aside from that, it was fine, and we got there in the end and I'd still give it a five.
