I was happy with the service that I got from V12 Sports and Classics, and the Tesla Model 3 is treating me well. I went to V12 purely down to the cost and that it was a good deal. The customer service I received was very good.

V12 Sports and Classics were pretty good and the Audi A7 is fine. I chose to go to V12 as it was close by to me and they had what I was looking for. The process was easy, pretty quick and simple. The staff were nice and they knew quite a bit.

Purchased a BMW 2 Series that I purchased from V12 sports and Classics, I have had no issues with the car so far, it’s been great and it has been working perfectly, was everything I was looking for. The communication at the dealership was great, they helped us through everything with the finance payment and everything like that. All round was really helpful, I could ask for anymore. I would return to V12 if they had a car I was interested in.

Got the a Volkswagen Passat from V12 Sports and Classics. The car was fine, other than when I drove it home and went to start it the next day the battery was dead. The quality of the car was good though. I liked the place. It was fine.

The Hyundai that I got from V12 Sports and Classics was a bit of an impulse buy. Everything was good at V12. I saw the car on Autotrader and gave them a call, they actually reserved the car for me for over a week due to conflicts that I was having with work. I spoke to someone called Lux who was sick, he was amazing.

I’m very satisfied with the Volkswagen Golf from V12 Sports and Classics. The customer service was second to none it was a good experience from walking into the showroom to leaving with the car. I can’t fault it! Jess was knowledgeable, her knowledge on the vehicles was second to none. She knew straight away which car I was looking for just from the description I gave her. She was dead polite, not pushy or forceful, she is really friendly. If I need a new car, I will definitely look at going back! I'd also recommend them as well.

There is a slight issue with the passenger-side vent doesn’t work as well as the driver-side one. I haven’t had time to raise it. When I was at the V12 dealership, Simon was amazing. He was just really, really good, his customer service was top-notch!
