Ryan was sound to deal with and there was no pressure from him, it was was the opposite to be honest because he was juggling a couple of people at a time but he was sound. I went for the Vauxhall Mokka and for now it's been really good.

So far everything’s been going fine, no issues at all. Robin was spot on and really good to deal with. They even went out of their way to have it delivered, which was great. Seamless experience, I’d definitely buy from here again.

3 wasn't bad service but wasnt happy after i was told id have a full valet after making them aware there was a dead bee in my drivers side window, when the car was delivered the dead bee was still there

Getting on really well with the Tesla, no complaints about the car itself, it’s been great. The only downside was how the handover went. There was a mark on the back arch and I didn’t get a charger at the start. I did go back and they were nice about sorting it, but I’m knocking off a star for the handover experience.

All has been very good with the service I received and with my new car. I've had no dramas at all.

Well, the opening experience over the phone was second to none. We set off our journey at Worksop and interacted with Max who answered a few questions relating to our initial interest in an Audi E-Tron 55 Quattro Black Edition (we later purchased one of their stock later...). We were originally concerned about the higher mileag for a pure EV as were are both new to premium electric car ownership. Max gave a few details around the vehicle but didn't pursue the sale at that time. (Fast forward and more searching online from me) and found 2 possible E-Tron Variants and submitted an online enquirty for each. Lee promptly called back and was the most professional person I have dealt with concerning customer approach, listening skills, proactiveness and overall professionalism. So much so that this gave us confidence to make the 2 hour Sunday journey to Hinckley branch where we continued our quest. Both vehicles were present and were duly demonstrated and given the chance the chance for a test drive. Bilal and the team (one of which was a 19 year old salesperson who had only been in the role for a few months but was really personable and demonstrate good product knowledge. Test drives over, the process of coming to a deal was a little more tepid than the previous interactions where essentially lending for PCP was taking longer than expected but this was purely down to being a Sunday which we completely got. We left Hinckley a little deflated but had a great impression of the preferred edition we liked and the car also. It's important to note that V12 gave us confidence to buy from them and at no stage did we consider going anywhere else, such was the quality of the early interactions (Lee etc). Back to Worksop on the Monday and we decided to go for the higher mileage variant in Typhoon Grey. Enter Olly, who entered with a friendly, clear and direct approach to the vehicle. He definitely inspired trust and was personable to me and my partner throughout the intiial sales process. Needs explored and deal selected we were happy with this. The deal was laboured slightly when a fringe offer from the Sales Controller made a bold offer for part exchange of my Mercedes CLA Shooting Brake which was duly welcomed by us to get the sale over the line. It centred around the 2 year warranty which was needed as the Audi warranty had expired due to the 100K mileage on the car. At this point it was late evening and the store was due to close and we decided to review the offer overnight and to return on Tuesday. Back the next day solo (as my partner was working). I returned to complete the deal and due to personal circumstances I wasn't well equipped for the day and believed it would be a linear process. Deals came and went, the warranty started at one year then two years in the end but the sale was made utlising a heavier deposit contribution than originally agreed but as we loved the car I decided to go ahead anyway. I interacted with two other staff (sorry as names have escaped me) but one of the sales team who was responsible for the test drive was a great human being whom was so calm and relaxing but also gave assurance to buy when I most needed it. I gave thanks to this person as he was wonderful and a true credit to the V12 Worksop team. The Sales Manager (female) was also courteous and very calm during the to the deal ups and downs but also her interpersonal skill and professionalism shone through to the company's credit. All in all, the Sales People and the Aftercare (Mia, thank you) are a credit to the company and they are the reason we purchase the car from where we did. Also, the Audi E-Tron 55 Quattro Black Edition wasn't what we originaly set out to buy but we are now proud EV owners and a week later can honestly say the vehicle is amazing to drive and very stylish. Everything went really well while I was at V12 Sports and Classics. I was really impressed with the fleet of cars that they had, so If I had to get another car I would come back here. I've had my car for a couple of weeks now and it's running perfect.
