I was originally looking at a pickup that I saw on the website. I live in Worksop, so I just went down to have a look. When I got there, it was already sold, but a BMW 3 Series caught my eye. I am happy with the purchase. The only problem I have had is that there was an issue with the log book being under the wrong name, so for that reason I would give it a four-star rating.

I am happy with how everything went, and I would recommend it to friends and family.

A solid five-star experience. They were very professional and quick, I was there for only 45 minutes before leaving with the car. This is exactly what you want as a customer, without wasting time on unnecessary paperwork. The customer service was good, and they looked after me well.

Everything has been okay with the car, and the salesman I dealt with on the day deserves a raise. He was really good, answered all my questions, and was very helpful.

The car has been fine so far, and I had a good experience at V12 Sports and Classics.

Saw the vehicle advertised on Autotrader & was exactly what we were looking for. Requested a walk round video & following receipt of this reserved the vehicle. Travelled 4 hours by train to view & collect the car, wasn’t disappointed. Staff were helpful & we are really pleased with Coop’s (it’s a John Cooper Works Mini Countryman). Would certainly recommend V12 to others, only slight disappointment, was that the promised puncture repair kit wasn’t in the boot but luckily we haven’t needed it yet 🤪

Bought a car from v12 and on its 2nd trip out developed a gear box fault. Had to pay to get the car recovered back to v12. Fortunately they have refunded the cost of the car but still out of pocket. Also unable to purchase another car straight away as had to wait for them to repay the money.

The car has been brilliant so far. I had a good experience - I cant remember who I dealt with but he has bang on. I bought my last car from there and that's why I went back. I've had no problems both times I've bought from there so I'll give them 5 stars, and I will go back there when I'm in need of another car.
