How they approach customers I can't fault them, they were perfect. The car does have a problem though and I've investigated and it turns out it should have been a recall. I need to ring V12 to get it sorted. The rest of the car is brilliant - lovely car. The level of comfort is fantastic, I'm over the moon with it.

I'm enjoying the car, everything is ok so far. The experience was quite smooth, they explained everything to me and it was quite a quick process.. It was Gill who dealt with us - he let me look around the car in my own time, he laid out all the information in terms of the extras. and there was no pressure to take them. 5 star review.

When everything was going through the bloke I dealt with, Tony, was great. There no pressure to buy a car, we were left to look around it in our own time which was appreciated. I did feel a bit pressurised to take an extended warranty though. When we bought the car three things have gone wrong with it since I've had it. I called V12 and they said contact the warranty company. I asked around and no garage would touch it so they refunded me for the warranty. I've had to send the car off to get fixed myself, The car is a fantastic drive I'm enjoying it, I didn't think it would be as nice as it is!

The car is lovely, it's exactly what I expected. I found them browsing online and they are quite local to me so I decided to pop in. There's a couple of things wrong with the car but I'm sorting them myself. The gentleman who dealt with me is called Chris. He was a proper gentleman - he was very friendly and took me through the whole buying experience and made sure I was I comfortable with everything. I will definitely go back in the future.

1 hour turned into 5, were gaslit and lied to our faces several times. Incompetency all around. Missold car. Whole day turned into a nightmare. Instead of offering compensation or taking the car back, they talked back and didn't seem to understand the gravity of how poor this experience was.

The sales guy was great - no hard sell at all, nothing was too much trouble, very laid back. I was going to go to a different dealer to check a car out but I didn't want to travel too far, so I looked on Autotrader and found a few cars at V12 so I decided to go there. I did say when I was trading my car in it did have a full tank of diesel but the one I wanted to buy was empty so I asked them to put some fuel in but they didn't so I nearly ran out of fuel 3 miles away. I would definitely go back there if they had the right car though because my experience was great.

It was the perfect experience. I went down, chose the one I liked, the guys got it ready, and I drove away. It was probably the quickest car purchase I've ever made. 5 stars, I will definitely go back.

I dealt with Robin and it all went smoothly, the handover was good too. I've been looking for a car for a while and I found V12 on Autotrader so I ended up going there. I would go back for another car, my experience was good.
