My new car from V12 is alright so far with no issues, but it is due in for a service soon. The sales was an okay experience but there was an issue with the paperwork which I had to go back in to sort

All fine with my new car from V12, it's driving good. The service was also fine during the sale, but I would give them a 4 as it felt like it was rushed at the end.

Ryan was sound to deal with and there was no pressure from him, it was was the opposite to be honest because he was juggling a couple of people at a time but he was sound. I went for the Vauxhall Mokka and for now it's been really good.

So far everything’s been going fine, no issues at all. Robin was spot on and really good to deal with. They even went out of their way to have it delivered, which was great. Seamless experience, I’d definitely buy from here again.

3 wasn't bad service but wasnt happy after i was told id have a full valet after making them aware there was a dead bee in my drivers side window, when the car was delivered the dead bee was still there

Getting on really well with the Tesla, no complaints about the car itself, it’s been great. The only downside was how the handover went. There was a mark on the back arch and I didn’t get a charger at the start. I did go back and they were nice about sorting it, but I’m knocking off a star for the handover experience.
