I’m really impressed with the customer service I received from the team at VR EPS. They were amazing throughout the entire purchase process. After the sale, I noticed some issues while changing gears, but as soon as I got in touch, they were quick to reassure me and tried to get it booked in right away for my peace of mind, especially since I’m on the road a lot for work. I can’t think of any reason why I wouldn’t use them again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall the car has been reliable and the service was excellent. A perfect 10 out of 10. Spot on.

An absolutely smashing experience. I am made up with the car and the service. Nick took all of the stress out of the situation. Another massive positive was the three-year warranty they offered, because that is always the big worry when getting a car, what if something goes wrong? This completely alleviates the stress. I had a good experience at VR EPS Warrington. I bought an Audi TT at the end of June. The car has been fine, except for an issue with the parking sensor being overly sensitive, which the dealership is aware of and is going to resolve. I think the dealership as a whole was faultless.
