Having just bought a stunning Ferrari 488 Spider from VR😁, I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I really couldn't be happier with the buying experience. They have been a first class dealership in every respect from start to finish. Martin was incredibly helpful, honest, patient and genuine from our first conversation. He clearly lives and breathes great cars! Northing was too much trouble. Once the deal was done, Martin kept me regularly updated with the car's preparation and made collection an absolute pleasure for me and my family. I was still getting advice and support from Martin at 10pm that night. You don't get that from a main dealer! Great reputations are hard earned and easily lost. No car dealer I've bought from (there have been a few) deserves their excellent reputation more than VR EPS. Thanks again Martin - See you next time😅🤣

I’m really happy with the Cupra I got from VR EPS, I’m having no issues with it at all. I wanted something a bit more fresh and saw it on Autotrader so took it for a test drive. Nick made a video for me so it was quite a personal experience. The process was easy, stress free and he gave me a charger for the car. I will definitely recommend.

I did a lot of research and found the Ferrari on Autotrader so I went to VR EPS. Martin had a lot of knowledge of the car I wanted. He was a really good bloke and explained common faults, things to look out for and he knew the history of the car. They specialize in this sort of car and made the whole transaction an easy process.

I chose VR EPS Warrington because the price was very good for the spec. Since getting the car, the BMW is in the garage having an issue looked at but the dealership are working with me to get it sorted. On the day of the purchase, Nick was the sales guys and his general customer service was excellent, I couldn’t complain.

I’m really enjoying the 4 Series. I wanted a more luxury coupe sport sort of car and I saw the price and mileage was good and the dealership looked good themselves. I read their reviews, ended up going for a look and bought it. The process was easy, straightforward, in and out same day. Sam was really helpful and chatty. I had to wait as they were late to the test drive appointment probably that was due to them being busy with other customers but I would still recommended.

I've already recommended VR EPS, I was specifically looking for the Porsche Macan on AutoTrader. Whilst I was at VR EPS, it was excellent all round, and the Porsche is doing everything I thought it would.

In terms of the service from the garage itself, I’d definitely give it a five. Nick and Rob were both really accommodating, and that side of things was spot on. There are a few little noises, but they seem to be common with these cars, and nothing major at all.

I honestly can’t give them enough praise at VR EPS. I dealt with Rob his communication stood out the most, he was quick to get back to me and answered all my questions. I had a Mercedes A-Class previously and liked it, so I wanted another one and have been enjoying it since the purchase.
