The experience was perfectly fine - there was a little issue with the sensors but they sorted the issue out straight away. The approach that they have is great - not a pushy salesman, really relaxed, no pressure to buy the car, they just let me look around it in my own time. Easy 5 stars.

Our salesman was called Nick and he was really nice. He was patient, and he explained everything we needed to know. He also said we could contact him anytime if anything goes wrong which was nice. I'm happy with the car too, it's lovely!

Excellent service. I got an Aston Martin Vantage. I haven’t used it too much yet, but it’s a lovely vehicle and I’ve been impressed with VR EPS from start to finish. I have no complaints. Everything was on time and I didn't experience any delays. They did have to take the car back because a fault came up, but they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. This is a dealership that truly cares about the cars they sell and their customers.

Recently purchased a Fiesta, everything has been perfect with it so far, it was a really quick turnaround, put a deposit down on the first day and came back the following day to collect the vehicle. When I picked it up it was all ready for me. It had been valetted and looked lovely. I am really pleased with the service I received, I have no complaints.
