I am absolutely loving the car. It is running like a dream. I did not visit the dealership as I was already sure which car I wanted, and they did everything they said they would. It was straightforward, and they were good to me, so it is five out of five.

Everything was very straightforward, including the documentation. I have had no problems with the Volvo XC40 that I purchased from VR EPS.

I came across VR EPS Warrington online when I was on Auto Trader looking for an Audi A8. I've been really enjoying the car, and the service was brilliant.

The Range Rover has been okay since we resolved the few issues. When we first purchased it, we had to change the wiper blades, which after an MOT is a bit disappointing. Although the customer service on the day was very good, so I would give it 4 stars.

While the Bentley Continental GT isn't an everyday car, I do use it a couple of times a week, and I'm getting on great with it. Martin looked after me throughout the sale, and he was great. I thought he was very fast with his responses, providing accurate information even if he didn't have the news I wanted.

The guys couldn't have been any better to deal with. I was part exchanging my car and there was an issue that they noticed as the car was coming up that it was in an accident that I wasn't aware of, but they were still able to give me a price for the car and handled it well. Really good service, and I'm happy to give them 5 stars for their help.

4 stars only because there was a dodgy tyre on the car that they were reluctant to change, but other than that, everything went well. This was my first time visiting the dealership and the staff were helpful but without making you feel pressured to go ahead with a car. I've not used the Mercedes much because I've been busy but for the time I have driven it, it's been great.

The experience with VR EPS Warrington was an easy one. I researched the market for a Mercedes and came across the reasonably prices one at this dealership and headed down to see it. I met the salesman who was great, there was no bull from him and he was happy to answer all my questions. The guys then ran the car up to me and it was all very quick.
